| | |  Daniel Radcliffe rumoured to star as Allen Ginsberg in 'Kill Your Darlings'
While promoting The Woman in Black earlier this month in New York City, Daniel Radcliffe commented on a possible new role for 2012, in which he would play a gay character. More information has been released, where the project in question may be a biopic on writers Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and Lucien Carr called Kill Your Darlings, in which he would portray Ginsberg. Please note that this a rumour, and has not been confirmed as of yet. We will have much more on that is it revealed.  A thriller based on actual events, Kill Your Darlings revolves around the relationship between Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and Lucien Carr. Carr, for his part, is credited for connecting Ginsberg, Kerouac and William S Burroughs but, most notoriously, served time for the 1944 murder of his lover David Kammerer. | |

It really is fantastic that Dan hasn't been typecasted into playine one specific role like so many young actors. He was marvelous as Harry Potter, can't imagine anyone els playing that role - - he is a great actor at a young age!

Interesting.....He's playing such strange characters to me now!!! I don't know if I'll ever be able to see him as anything but Harry Potter though....the one down fall for all are beloved characters!

His first film BBCs "David Copperfield" when he was 10 and he was excellent. He is a natural. But, don't you think, no matter what he does we'll see a portion of Harry Potter in his acting. In the short clips of the "Woman in Black" I see mannerisms of Harry, or - maybe it's what I want to see!

For some odd reason I knew he will played a gay characher in one of the movie. I have no clue why I knew about it. I thought he will never play a gay characher. Well just wait and see what happen in tthe movie.

This would be an awesome project! Dan playing a poet...pretty cool. I also love 40s era movies. This should be really interesting. I actually saw several reputable sources confirming this, and apparently it starts filming in January.
