| | |  Dan Radcliffe to appear on 'Extras'
In November last year it was hinted by the BBC that Dan Radcliffe would appear on the comedy show ' Extras'. Quote:
‘The idea is to blow apart the theory he's a clean-living schoolboy who is a bit posh and portray him as a thuggish yob.’
Though it's not yet decided in what capacity he'll appear, we do hope he'll be saying some really inappropriate things for his public image.
Traditionally, celebrities appear on the show playing themselves.
Dan has now briefly spoken about being offered a part in it. Quote:
"I'm so excited that the night after I got the call I didn't sleep a wink.
"I know nothing about what I'm going to do but it's a great opportunity to do something different."

YEs! I cannot beleive I am going to be able to see him in an American program!!
HBO has the show and I am glad Gervais invated Dan for this new sesson, Gervais has a lot of super stars as guests in his show like Ben Stiller, Kate Winslet , Samuel L. Jackson and many more!!
I can not wait to see him this summer!

Well he'll be playing an exaggerated version of himself. For example, Kate Winslet appeared in one episode and was portrayed as really up herself, adamant that she deserved an oscar.
It's actually produced in Britain. But sold to HBO by the BBC.
It's not nearly as funny as The Office [the original one] though.

Well Dan commenting on it does make it official. That and the fact that there was a press release. They'll probably make him out to be a bad boy, like the quotes suggest. That'd be the best thing, in terms of comedy, considering he normally plays Harry, a hero.
