There was a mistake and it is now stated that Dan is the fourth richest teen in the UK just ahead of Rupert and Emma. Article:

Well, I am glad that Rupert and Emma are also included in that list.
And like Emma said, I thought Dan's earnings are much more than 5.6 million. Myabe this report is a bit inaccurate.

brittany i think they have read them... at lest Rupert has, I think he's the only one who was a huge fan b4 he got the part though.
and emma's read most of them.... i think.... cuz there was that report about her thinking the 5th book was too long every time she tried to read it (how could she!!!!!!!!)
and when dan started he was up to the 3rd book, so even if he hasnt read the others yet, he would still know about his character as much as he needs to so far....
so yeah, they do know about their characters.
and WOW that article just made me insanely jealous :ermsmile:

Well, I know for a fact that Dan said he had read OoP because he was saying how in PoA Harry is angry much like OoP Harry.
I know Tom for sure doesn't read the books. I'm not too sure about Emma and Rupert, but Alfonso made them write essays about how their character develops in PoA, some I'm pretty sure all three have read at least up to that point.

Well I'd think if they have put the slightest effort in their roles they have atleast read the books.
But heck that's just me and seeing they did such a good job at playing their roles I can't complain.

Considering what huge movies Dan and Emma and Rupert are in, they aren't getting paid much, compared to the 20 or 25 million some major movie stars in the US get.

I only read the half of the 1st page of this forum and got bored  If Harry is the fouth now...imagine him once he's finished with the last movie (if he is) and he starts singing? NOrmally actors will turn to singing when they grow up (USUALLY) If he does, i'm gonna get the CD 1st xD
