The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) has posted their STARmeter for 2005, a list of stars who have rose in the last twelve months at the same time as maintaining their popularity. Both Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson made the top 25 with Emma beating Dan by just three places. Here is what they said about two of our favourite stars. Quote:

Before everybody gets over-excited (again?), I just want to say that I think most Rupert fans are happy that Dan and Emma consistently makes these top search lists for the past 3 years at least, and congratulate them and their fans.
But this list, IMHO, hardly translates much to something for the coming year because Quentin Tarantino made #25 last year (2004), he's not even a megastar, and nothing much happened to him this year. So were last year's Monica Bellucci (Persephone of the Matrix movies and Mary Magdalen in The Passion of the Christ), Viggo Mortensen, Elisha Cuthbert, etc.

That's awesome! Haha.. I remember how little they looked in the first films.. now they look so much older.. and their acting skills have improved so much.
I kind of feel sorry for Rupert though... He hasn't gotten any awards or gotten on any top listings... (well at least that I know of..) It kind of dissapoints me...

It is a real shame that Rupert always gets overlooked, even in the movies Hermione seem to have more of a focus on her than Ron and it sucks cause Ron is an awesome character and Rupert is a wicked guy and amazing actor..we should petition for Rupert to get noticed more!!

I know!! but I will say.... these are RISING actors.. Rupert has already been in two movies plus all the HP's so far.. that's six movies. Emma and Dan have just done HP (well, except dan's new movie) and are more rising.
We (Rupert Fans) can rest in peace, knowing that Rupert is already up there, and that we don't need some poll or internet thingie to show us that.... but allthemore congrats to Emma and Dan!
