As he has stated in previous interviews, last Monday Dan Radcliffe told SlashFilm that he is still convinced that Harry will die at the end of the series … and that he actually hopes that will be the case. Quote:

I think it will be something to do with the fact that ... maybe the only way Voldemort can be killed is if Harry is killed as well. My friend sort of compared it to both Holmes and Moriarty dying at the same time. But, obviously, he hasn't read the sequel [in which Holmes was revived]. So, yes, but that's the thing that I would sort of like to see coming.

Stop saying that! You'll jinx it!! Seriously though, I disagree with you Dan. Harry has to live! Even if she kills Harry people are going to ask her to write an 8th. People already are and we don't know if he will or not. Sooo...no matter what the ending people will always want more. Even if that means so weirdo taking her ideas and writing another story. Even if Harry dies. Copycat writers do it all the time. They bring the main character to life. Even though JK states death can't be reversed in her books...they will find a way like they always do. So even if she does kill him people will still try to write books.  I really don't want Harry to die! It wouldn't be a good ending for me. | |

It´s not that crazy. Maybe he likes Rowling and doesn´t want to see her suffer? People demanding more and more books might be a tad annoying, you see.

Well i don't know, if JK does kill i will cry for a week, if she doesn't kill i will cry for a week because he is alive. So either way, i'm going to cry. Ok honestly, i don't want harry to die a million times over, but i know it will probably happen because the books have all been about death and learning to accept it, i think JK has no choice but to kill him. Although she keeps on surprising us, so i don't know, maybe she'll turn him into a goast or somthing? (I'm just giving an alternative! ) Nicola

LMAO, he said "I" instead of Harry or he, way to stay in character while out of character Dan.*chuckles*
I personally think there's a good chance he'll die, but then again there is also a good chance that he will live. Right now I'm kind of in between the two as you can see. XD But I do see the dark humor in the theory of each killing the other at the same time or the other dying because the other of the other has died, it would certainly be one heck of a way to end the series with a silent bang, if ya know what I mean hehe. And... I'll shu'up now. 
But I'll just be happy either way if she doesn't kill one of my very favorite characters, Snape. (which she probably will) *HIDES*
