| | |  Couple to get hitched at Hogwarts
A U.S. couple, along with their family and friends, will be traveling thousands of miles this weekend to get married at Hogwarts. Brian Sterling and Victoria Staten will be wed in England at Alnwick Castle, which was the setting for Hogwarts in the first two Harry Potter films, and even sent an open invitation to J.K. Rowling. Quote:
Victoria and I both love the pure magic of the Harry Potter series and when we visited Alnwick shortly after we met, we decided there and then that it was the perfect location for our wedding.
We want to make it a memorable and magical occasion for everyone and a real fun day for all the children among our guests.

I've thought of that before. I would absolutely love to have my wedding there. 
We would walk down the Great Hall isle. The rings could pop out of the Goblet of Fire. House elves would make the food (saves money for catering!). Instead of blowing bubbles, everyone would shoot sparks at us. A guy in a Dumbledore suit would say the vowes....
But how much would that cost?! Probably 100+ times more than my wedding will cost just to rent the place, plus transportation to another country-continent!, decorations, etc...  | |
