| | | Copies of HBP displayed early in Edinburgh CBBC Newsround reports that copies of ' Half-Blood Prince' were put on display early at a HMV store in Edinburgh.
The shop was not letting anyone buy the book, but they could stand and read it. Quote:
Within minutes of seeing the books, our reporters knew who the Half-Blood Prince was and other top-secret info from the novel. But of course we won't reveal any details as we don't want to spoil it for you!
A spokesman for HMV said: "This was an honest mistake, which we have immediately rectified. No copies of the book were actually sold, but we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, however briefly."

That's crazy!! Why would they do that? Quote: Within minutes of seeing the books, our reporters knew who the Half-Blood Prince was and other top-secret info from the novel. But of course we won't reveal any details as we don't want to spoil it for you!

*sighs and shakes head in shame* I wouldn't let people touch the book at all until it is actually time for the release, if I were to be a bookstore manager. That is, if they are on for display Less than ten hours hours for me....

^ The back cover of the UK version can be seen at the top of the news forum page. The back cover of the US hasn't been released. The deluxe edition back cover can be seen on the first news forum page toward the bottom.

If you knew Who the HBP was by just looking at the book, we should already know who it is since we've seen it or was it on the back in the writning or what?......

Maybe, then them other rumors aren't true!! I hope not, I don't want that stuff to happen. If you can tell who the HBP is by the cover, unless it's on the back of the book.

I don't think that the HBP is on the back cover, I think it was in the book. This has to be true, why would anyone make it up? What good would it do? I'm getting very excited now!
5 hours and 15 min. for me!
Can't wait! Ahh, I'm pulling out my hair in agony!
