Post Christian Coulson talks Harry Potter
BBC Norfolk has a new interview with Christian Coulson, who portrayed young Voldemort in 'Chamber of Secrets'. Amongst other things, he expresses a desire to return for 'Half-Blood Prince'.

"I hadn't read the books until I auditioned. They saw about a thousand people, in the end they got down to three and then they camera tested me and that was it," said Coulson.

"Of course it was exciting. The part really chimed with me when I read the book and I felt very strongly there was something I could bring to the character.

"When the sixth book came out last year [Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince] he's back in it and I felt those feelings again," he added.

Cool! I hope he comes back he's already so old so I dunno if they'll let him come back.Makeup does wonders though..........

It may be fine with his age because hes like in his twenties in most of the sixth book, except when we first meet him and hes at school...
I hope they cast him!

well it would be great if he came back, he played him reallly well for two scenes in CoS!
There is just one problem Ralph has fallen in love with his character! I do not know if he would let Chirstian play him again!

I have heard Ralph wants more scenes in book six which could be bad for Chirstian!
I hope Chirstain does come back to the role because it would be so cool for the fans and for the movies. It just depends upon Ralph!

I hope they don't consider anyone other than him. I'm sure they will though..He's already been cast in 1 movie and they won't need to recast the role if they use him. Plus, it would be strange if they used someone else considering we'd all think of Christian when HBP comes out. I have to admit when I was reading the book I pictured Christian as young Voldy.

He should've read the books...but he did do a great job as Tom Riddle Jr.
Reading the books I was fascinated with the way Riddle acted,seeing it portrayed onscreen by Christian made me love the character even more and made him more interesting(especially after reading & re-reading HBP). They better bring him back as Tom for HBP..or else!
