Katie Leung has only just started filming the fourth Harry Potter movie, but there many websites dedicated to her, including a few web logs who've been set up by people claiming to be Katie. The studio confirms that all of these web logs are fake. Article:

i think it is horrible and immature of people imposing of katie leung and the other HP cast! i have come across a few when i'm on the web & i always click [x] Quote: On the internet, you don't need Polyjuice Potion to pretend to be someone you're not. I think the worst part is that Dan one where they flew to meet him or w/e. That could be so dangerous.
My friend got in serious trouble by trusting someone over the internet so don't think it can't happen to you. It creeps me out that people do that.

if people are saying they are someone famous on the net u should take it to be that it isnt i mean if u were famous would u give your real name?
im suprosed that the Katie thing thought because well she is totoaly unknown and not famous. YET

It would have been plausible, for her to have had one, but they sign contracts, secrecy binding ones, that prevent them from even telling their parents what they do in the day while filming. So they definitely could not reveal things over journals.

Yeah I agree, like my boyfriend doesn't know alot about HP but when he says that guy who plays Harry and I go Dan Radcliffe he just stares at me. I mean it's only people like Alan Ricjman and Gary Oldman who are well-known outside the HP film world. I mean some people will have picked up certain names from seeing them on newspapers. But this is just sad, pretending to be someone :ermsmile: what's the world coming to? :/
