This guy is how I pictured Viktor Krum, and I think he would've been perfect for the role, however he is British, and I believe he has quit acting. But I thought I would post his picture anyway, just to show how I had imagined Krum.   | |

If they were Indian, then I'm sure their parents would send them to the Indian school for Witchcraft and Wizardry. There's bound to be in each country as the different countries have quidditch teams and ministers for magic.

It would really be their decision and they could study anywhere. And it just so happened that they were accepted in Hogwarts in England (the letter) not any other school.
