A round-up of media from the Empire Awards including videos and interviews some featuring news about ' Order of the Phoenix'.
Empire have updated their site with many features including an exclusive awards gallery, a video of David, Dan, Rupert and Emma accepting the award as well as a video interview with Dan and a blog of the event
An entire transcript of the acceptance speeches from the HP stars can be seen here.
Additionally Empire has an exclusive interview featuring quotes about ' Order of the Phoenix'. Quote:
Producer David Heyman told us what they’ve filmed to date. “We’ve done a little bit of action so far. We’ve done some stuff involving centaurs and Grawp, who is Hagrid’s 16ft brother. The kids have to act against a lot of blue screen for characters like Grawp, but thankfully they’re used to that by now.”
“Inevitably with every book you make choices and there are certain things you have to leave out, so there are things that are left out on this. It always kills me, but you have to do it. We showed the script to Jo a couple of months ago, and she was very happy with it, so I think it’s a good adaptation.”

| David Heyman confirmed that they will be shooting until mid-May when they will take a 2 month break for the kids exams. Filming will re-start in July and is due to conclude sometime in October or November.
Dan also spoke to BBC Radio 1 and told them he would be filming Harry's kissing scene with Cho today. Quote: |
"It'll be odd because one of my parents will be on set. It will be embarrassing but hopefully I'll work past that and be utterly professional but I'll probably keep screwing it up so that I can keep doing it."

Aww, they are all so funny. And I love the way Dan talks about Harry, that boy really knows the character well. I am also pleased to hear that the centuars and Grawp are in the forest scenes at the end, I love how OotP excitement is slowly starting to build faster and faster. |

If you look at the snap of Rupert & one of the Phelps twins at the awards, you can make out Robert Pattinson in the background looking kinda drunk....or high....or both..... | |

loved the interview haven't tried video yet. One minute Dan sounds so adult way beyond his years then the next he sounds just like any other 16 year old. Makes interviews more interesting to read because you don't know what he's going to say next  | |

Well this interview is superb!! I liked it when Dan said all those things about Harry in the OoTP that he wasn't shouting..its good and besides Jason Isaacs is funny..lol..(Paris Hilton wig..haha)..cool...I cant wait for the pics..of OoTP...

i'm at school, so i cant watch the videos now. but the pics are great an the article is really interesting about OOTP. i love updates on whats filming and the schedule and all that behind the scenes details..i live for it!! Dan's filming his kissing scenes today!?! wow that's so awesome!! wish i could be there to watch..guess i'll have to wait until November 2007. what's up with that though..why do they have to wait a year to release a film if its done in Nov. 2006? i thought it would be June 2007? but i dont mind though. as long as we get it eventually.
ooo yes! that's means it will be filming in August when i go to England. maybe they'll be filming on location and i can see if i can catch some filming. this is all so exciting!! i'm happy they won they awards! congrats!! | |
