| | |  Book 7 'likely in 2007' according to publisher
Liz Calder, the Publishing Director at Bloomsbury Publishing, recently said that she hopes that the seventh and final installment of the Harry Potter book series will be released in 2007. At the British Council's Creative Future conference in India, Ms. Calder stated in an interview: Quote:
Calder said Rowling would write only one more book in the series and no more.
'One more 'Harry Potter' only but she (Rowling) said from the beginning that she would write seven. So she would not write another one after this. But Rowling would write other books for us,' said Liz. Quote:
The next 'Harry Potter' book is likely to come out in 2007. I hope so.

Oh my! That is wonderful! But at the same time it makes me feel so very sad that it will be coming to the end! Everything that has been building up this last book is so close now. It feels so sad and yet so exciting. I can't quite believe it.

It is highly unlikely that they would release the movie and the book in the same month.

I'm so excited! I think it should be released 7-7-07. That would be a cool release date!  Although I'm sad its the last book I'm happy that we are finally going to be able to read the 7th book. The magic will never end because we'll always have the books and the movies aren't done filming so we still have that to look forward to.
The HP Series has left many little footprints in my heart and I will always love them and re-read them. I can't wait for the day that I have children so that I can show them my HP books and have them get obsessed and lost in the Wonderful story that is Harry Potter.  JKR Rocks and I will love her and her work until the day that I die!!! | |
