but you kno im jus a bit confused
if harry could expelled for a patronus charm why would Lupin teach him in the 3rd book to defend himself in the matches- everyone would be seated there wouldnt they? even dumbledore?
n when harry does do the patronus charm against malfoy- dumbledore, mcgonagal n snape n everyone were there n yet they never said a thing to him abt it. no mention that it was breaking the law.
so even if it is the law, its obvious why he did n the ministry wiuldnt bother a trial for that would they?
the only counter arguement i can come with is that with the events of last year where fudge all but declared harry a mental case, now fudge thinks this is us another case of 'harry-drama' n is being honestly mean to him, or maybe the dementors did a runner n harry cant even prove the dementors were attacking n he was defending himself.
that would be a very jk thing to do. but ohmygod! but wat a bang to start off the skool with!
now everyone at skool is going to think that harry is jus an attention seeker n its not going to help that harry was in triwizard tournament last year- im sure folks think he did that on purpose. after all no one realli knew the whole story at the end of the year did they?
either way....
CANT WAIT
oo im not sure what to think of that?
I mean Harry CANT get expelled
to me it just sounds like something attacked him at the dursely and he defended himself then the Dementors are after him and the Weasleys have rescude him and by Mrs Weasly telling Harry to go upstairs sounds like someones going to visit her and ask questions about Harry's whearabout!
