Staff from the The Leaky Cauldron recently attended the PoA DVD Launch and editor, Melissa Anelli, had the chance to interview Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) while she was there.

I'm dancing with Matt [Lewis, a.k.a. Neville Longbottom], and it's fun. We're also doing another tango.... We haven't started shooting it yet, but we're practicing the tango this week so it's quite hard.
Quote: TLC: Have you ever done that before?
No, never.I've danced before but not waltzes and things.
Quote: TLC: How's filming going?
It's been good. We're doing, at the moment, ballroom dancing, the ballroom waltzing. It's quite hard but fun. We're doing a lot of Great Hall scenes and we've done some of the night shoots for the tent scenes, when the Dark Mark comes, which has been fun. Quite cold, but fun.

It's like a 50s-style dress, it's really nice.
Quote: TLC: What are you looking forward to about your part if you do the rest of the films?
It'll be fun. There's lots of things [in HP5] at the end, toward the end, running around with everyone. I hope [Ginny] will do well in the next few books but I'm not quite sure what will happen.

This is a neat piece of news. I am glad they are doing the Yule Ball. It is where we get our first look at the RoR room in the conversation about Dumbledore chamber pots. That will be a funny part if they included it.

I cant wait to see how hopeless Neville & Harry are at dancing!! I really want to see their dresses too - I hope they don't flash too much flesh but hopefully they wont. It sounds like it's going to be really classy.

I've always wondered about how they would pull that scene off as far as costuming goes. Wouldn't it be wonderful to get to be the costume designer for that scene at least? Wow... I'm so jealous of whoever gets to!

Dress robes don't show shoulders because they're supposed to have sleeves.
