We've been getting reports all evening that Gary Oldman is set to play Lt. James Gordon, a detective on the Gotham police force, in Batman Begins, which is set to star Christian Bale as young Bruce Wayne; the film is a prequel of sorts to the current movies in the Batman series.

maybe its just me but I don't think he should do it...I think he is a great actor but batman has (in my opinion) been way overdone....
