| | |  Back cover of UK HBP (spoiler)
The back cover, aswell as the sleeves on the UK Children's edition of ' Half-Blood Prince', have been revealed.
They can be viewed here.
The following is a description of what can be seen (highlight to read): It seems to depict a pensieve in a cavern, with water and a rowing boat (there appears to be people in the boat, in the reflection of it in the water). The sleeves show two hands united with fire wrapped around them. These look to be the hands of Harry and Dumbledore. On the spine, at the very top, is a ring with an encrusted jewel in the center. The jewel appears to have a lightening-bolt shape in the middle of it. Bloomsbury have removed the blurb to prevent any spoilers being leaked.

Fire makes sense seeing as there's fire also on the front cover.
I think the boat and whoever's in it (in the reflection) are a part of what scene is in the pensieve (if that's what it is) because they're both glowing green.
The ring seems to symbolise royalty.

wow really exciting.. shame bloomsburry removed the blurb.. but then we'd know too much and that would cause my excitement for the book shrink a bit  whatever, i really want july 16th to come!

That ring has a lightening-bolt in the middle of it. I'm guessing, then, that it'll become Harry's posession. But who's it from and what does it mean?
Directly above the boat, on the wall, there seems to be a stick-like thing (maybe I'm seeing things ... ) but what is it?
CBBC says there's gates ... but I don't see no gates. And is that a ghost to the left of the boat? (Okay, maybe now my eyes are really 'seeing' things  )

It could be a portkey, but that wouldn't really make sense as the Triwizard Cup was already a big portkey.. JK wouldn't do that again...
The stick-thing reminds me of a staff.
cracks in the wall reminds people of everything. But, there are some cracks that sorta angle like an arch... Quote:

In that case, why the bolt? As far as we know, Harry's the only one with a scar like that so it'd have to have been made with him in mind. Unless someone else has or had a similar scar.
