| | |  Alfonso POA cameos revealed?
I think Alfonso Cuaron, director of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, made a cameo appearance as a Wizard in one of the portraits displayed in the winding staircases.
This picture, taken from the scene where the Fat Lady's portrait is clawed up, shows the portrait well:  What do you think?
I noticed this the first time I watched Prisoner of Azkaban (on opening day), but haven't had a screen capture of it until the DVD release.
If another site has already mentioned this I appologize, but I haven't seen anybody mention this before. Update: According to posts 13 and 14 of this thread, and IMDB, Alfonso's true cameo's are here and here (thumbnails below).

Yea, it looks kinda like him. I haven't gotten the DVD yet, so I won't get to look at it till then. It wouldn't suprise me if it was him. Kind of off topic, but who's the boy with red hair? Not one of the twins...is it?

Wow, never had the time to check upon that, but in imdb.com they have said something about it, in the trivia part for PoA it mentions two cameos of Alfonso though I really didn't paid attention. You go and check it, I haven't got the DVD yet,since it's gonna be released until 1st december in here.
