Alan Rickman talks Half-Blood Prince in new interview (UPDATED)
While promoting his new film
Bottle Shock , actor Alan Rickman briefly spoke of his role as Severus Snape in
Half-Blood Prince in a new interview. While avoiding talk of
Harry Potter , Alan does happily mention that he's in the sixth film "for the whole ride."
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince releases in theatres November 21, 2008.
UPDATE: In an interview with
Moviehole , Alan refrains from talking about the
Harry Potter films - stating that “I try to protect little children’s innocence about being able to hang on to their
Harry Potter thing” - though confirms that before he begins work on the
Deathly Hallows films next year, he will be directing a play entitled
Creditors , after which he will star in the film adaptation of
The House in Paris later this year.
