| | | Alan Rickman featured in the Daily Mirror's 'Celebs' Magazine
Alan Rickman, the actor who plays Professor Snape in the Potter films was featured/mentioned in this week and last weeks Celebs magazine, which comes free with the Daily Mirror on Sundays.
In the 26th of September edition, he is mentioned in the interview with 'Love Actually' actress Nancy Sorrell (She was the woman who came through the plane terminal with Billy Nighy at the end.) Quote: |
"Hugh Grant said 'hello' - and gave me a look. Liam Neeson was lovely and offered me a toothpick, and Alan Rickman praised my man (Vic Reeves), so I liked him too."
| In the October 3rd issue he is compared to Tv actress Tyne Daly, who he shares a birthday with. The feature looks at similarities & differences in stars who have the same birthdates. Quote: |
In Cagney and Lacey, Tyne was one of TV's most famous good guys while as Professor Snape in Harry Potter, Alan is the finest British villain in film.

| Of course Professer Snape isnt the only villian hes played, I mean hes also played a bad guy in Die Hard {forget the name} and a bad guy in Robin Hood{Sheriff of Notingham, I think}. It must be that hes just good at playing the bad guy. I'm surpirised Snivelus hasnt commented yet. I suppose that she hopes that shes the girl all the bad guys want! No, that just sounds really crap. No more comment. |
