The Times Online has an interesting article about the upcoming issue of Vogue which will feature a 40 page pantomime section where stars have dressed up in photoshoots as legendary characters from classic pantomimes. Alan Rickman, who plays Professor Snape, was one of stars who appeared in the photoshoot. The relevant photo with him in it can be seen below: Quote:
EIGHTY white rabbits, 20 ballerinas, 500 outfits, 17 mirrored geese, 250 gold ostrich eggs and a room full of umbrellas: and so the Vogue pantomime was born, produced across 40 pages in the December issue, which is published on Monday.

Alan Rickman agreed to participate as long as he didn’t have to play a villain (he became the Lion King, wearing a £1,200 antique kimono).

His hair is kind of messy and he definatly has a receeding hair line but i suppose he looks good for his age. But since I'm a young person I'd rather drool over the younger star like Rupert Grint. | |

It is really nice to Alan laid back and semi-having fun. I have seen him take on so many roles as evil and semi-evil Characters that it is actually refreshing to see him as the Lion King. btw..he was great in Love Actually!
