On June 19th (EST), the ABC Family channel's network premiere of "Harry Potter and the Chambler of Secrets" will start at 7 pm EST.
It will include the deleted scenes (or so says the commercial).

^ Well BBC only placed ps/ss last christmas for the first time so British tele give it about 5 years American bout 2.  Thanks for the info anyway

Just like when they showed CoS with some GoF sneak peeks. They showed the whole thing, even with the deleted scenes, which made it just a little bit longer. Why is it "network premiere" when they showed it already last month??

Probably not for another year. On regular TV that is, it will be playing on HBO soon. But it takes some time for it to be released on regular TV. I mean, CoS was out in 2002 and wasn't shown on ABC 'til 2004. So following that pattern, it will be out in 2006. I wonder if ABC will show that with scenes from OotP then. LOL

Probably not. Filming won't have been on for long. GoF had finished when they showed sneak peeks whereas OotP doesn't start shooting until the Spring which could mean anywhere between February and April.
CoS is my least favourite movie PoA is my fave, closely followed by PS and CoS is like way down below.

I was thinking it would follow in the footsteps of PoA, actually. The release and all... And I was off any ways. It would be three years, not two since it's 2005. LOL But I was never good at math. So PoA wouldn't be shown on TV until 2007 which means it could work out for PoA/OotP.

We had Cos and PS shown on POGO, recently, in May! Must say the HP series have some effect on the kids, my cousins were watching them with rapt attention!
