It has been reported that Indian police have seized 8,000 pirated copies of 'Half-Blood Prince' in New Delhi.

Three men were arrested on Sunday after police, acting on a tip, raided a printing house in a north-eastern suburb of the capital.

"Normally we seize pirated books from the retailers. This time we succeeded in hitting the source of the racket," said RL Meena, deputy commissioner of police.

The three men have been arrested for violating India's Copyright Act, an offence which carries a two-year prison sentence.

i'm not saying that pirating is good but what difference does it make with the original one? the words i think will not be change right??

but for the guys like you who can afford to buy the original one, it's like a crime, but for others who dont have enough money to buy the book, buying the pirated onewill be the option they can only get, it doesnt affect at all the quality of your reading right?
well it's just an opinion......... but i still dont have the book
