The Globe and Mail reports that 6 copies of ' Half-Blood Prince' were sold early in Calgary after a new employee put it on shelves. Quote:
Six copies of the sixth instalment of J. K. Rowling's saga were accidentally sold this week in a Calgary Mac's Convenience Store after a new employee put it on shelves. The remaining books were quickly yanked.

Well yeah it's funny but now we can all have are HBP in less then 48h, but if it was sold like a month ago, I would have protested and run to all the bookshops I know!!

Another story...you'd think by now everyone would know this book's release date. Don't they read the box in which the books are enclosed which clearly states that the box isn't to be opened until the 16th? I'm afraid that these people will read it and spoil it for all of us.
