| | |  5 deleted scenes to feature on the PoA DVD
Previously Newsround reported that there would be three deleted scenes on the DVD. Quote:
There are three deleted scenes including a cool one inside the great hall, as well as lots of interviews with the stars of the film.

The first is a short section of Harry on his way to The Leaky Cauldron, featuring the Knight Bus spinning around in a circle several times on the streets of London, while Harry clings on inside. The backgrounds haven't been added on some of the interior shots so we see blue screen instead of night-time London.
The second is an extended version of a shot that takes us from inside the castle, over the bridge and past Hagrid's Hut.
The third is the best. A scene inside the Great Hall with Harry, Ron and Hermione. Harry's two friends are discussing going into Hogsmeade.
HPANA have received word from Lizo that: Quote:
"there was a glitch with the demonstration of the copy that was shown to us earlier this week, and that there are in fact 5 deleted scenes. We'll have a report on what's on the remaining 2 up as soon as possible."
The Newsround website has also been updated now so that the number reads 5 and not 3.

Newsround said that scene was not there when they viewed it so most likely it wont be there at all, unfortunately.

Awesome! I was hoping for more than three. Maybe the bit with Sir Cadogan that got cut out? I'd love to see that, as my uncle knows Paul Whitehouse.
Or Lupin! Yes, Lupin Lupin Lupin, my favorite lovely werewolf....maybe something from DADA, I heard about a deleted scene there.
If it turns out that there's a deleted scene from the Shrieking Shack, I'll kill Alfonso for cutting it. Though it went so fast that I don't think there was any room for a deleted scene...

I don't think there is any more about the Maruaders map in this film, which I've always thought of as a shame, but there is supposed to be a bit more detail about it in the fourth film.
I remember reading an interview by the one that plays Seamus that some of the deleted scenes would include the DADA classroom and his boggart, which sounded interesting.

The DADA scene probably wont be shown because it features a woman parading around in a bikini and there's only 2 other scenes to be featured which we don't know of yet.
