i was really disturbed on the potion scene in the cave...i can't image that the best wizard that voldemort scared of is begging to harry to let it stop or better kill him...wow!!!! im proud that harry has the guts to keep his duty to dumbledore even he knows that dumbledore is weakining becuase of the potion...
and one more.. i find it touching when they are going out of the cave... when dumbledore told harry that he knows that he'll be fine because he's with harry...

I believe the most disturbing scene was when many of us believed that Snape betrayed Dumbledore. After some thought and discussion many of us decided that Snape was still loyal and Dumbledore's death was to solidify the Death Eater's trust in Snape. But in those few moments when we read Dumbledore's death most of us for a few split seconds believed that Dumbledore had been betrayed.

Many of us spent the series hating him for his actions towards Harry, but still trusting him because we knew he was on Dumbledore's side. A betrayal from that close was very disturbing.

The most disturbing part in HBP i think was when DD was drinking the potion.... it was very hard for me to read, i must admit...... also the part where Snape kills DD was VERY sad and disturbing!

What part of HBP did you find most disturbing and why?

I have to say for me it was the potion scene i found that quite hard to read...
Yes, I agree. That was terrible. *shudder* And the Inferi, ugh, that was horrible.
Another part that freaked me out was Harry kissing Ginny. That made me go "WHAT??!!" That was so wrong.
And of course...*gulp* Dumbledore dying. OH, WHY DID I WRITE HIS NAME?! I always flip out and start crying when I see *sniff* that name.
Mrs. Rowling why? Why did you make him DIE?! That was the absolute worst. I can't even describe how bad. I knew it was coming, I could tell that Snape was, but seeing it written made it a thousand times worse. Dumbledore...

Most disturbing for me:

-The potion part
-Dumbledore's death
-The whole "Bill was attacked.." scene in the Hospital Wing. I'm not sure why, probably because Bill is a Weasley.

I find the dream Harry has about Slughorn, Malfoy and Snape a little bit too much. It isn't a big part it's still creepy.

The part where Dumbledore drank the potion, I found, was the most disturbing part. Like, how he acted was so out of character that I kind of was appalled. I knew that that's what the potion did to him, but it was just so...strange... seeing Dumbledore lose his nerve.

I thought that sectumsempra was pretty disturbing too, although not as disturbing as the scene I mentioned above. I don't know if I'll be able to watch that part when the HBP movie comes out.

the most disturbing scene was when malfoy was crying and then harry uses sectumsempra,in way u have to feel bad for malfoy.at first,he wanted to fight for voldemort but now he realizes its way too tough to do,he doensnt want to do it anymore but if he stops he gets killed, and then harry goes and uses a spell that nearly kills malfoy.

Most Disturbing parts in HBP and why:

Not in order

1)When Ron gets poisoned-I was shocked and surpried; so happy Harry was there to save him.
2)When Harry uses Sectumsempra on Malfoy-I expected it would cut his wand in half or something (I know Latin and it translates to something like to cut and sever); Malfoy was so badly hurt and he revealed to Harry a moment before he was cursed he was human and couldn't carry out his job.
3)When Harry learns of Bill's attack and sees him in the hospital wing-I almost cried because poor Bill was trying to help out and ended up getting hurt.
4) Dumbledore's death-it speaks for itself.
