After eating Harry and Ginny slept away up the steps to the small dark hallway. They both laughed as they found a small corner just dark anough. Harry slept his arms around her waist pulling her closer.

' I've missed this so much Ginny. You don't know how much I regreted not being with you when I was alive. " Harry said.

Ginny smiled knowing what he meant. " I missed you as well. I hope it will always be this way. "

Harry looked at her his smile fanishing. " Ginny, you know life will not always be great. Voldemolt will attack everything and everybody. The war is just now beginning. As long as I am kept a secret. We can always be. "

Ginny nodded and snuggled close to him. She didn't want to let him go and he didn't want to let her go either.

There was a loud bam down stairs and yelling of curses. Harry ran to the steps and looked down.

They both pulled out their wands and ran down the steps as fast as they could they stoped just in time to see Fred and George laughing their heads off and pointing at the two. Percy was trying not to laugh but couldn't help it.

" Sorry, Harry, we knew you two might be doing something gushy and we just had to. " Fred said.

Harry looked at Ginny. She looked mad as **** too. She crossed her arms and looked at her brothers. The portrict opened and dobby came back in.

" Miss, Ginny, it's about time for you to get going. " He said.

Ginny nodded and started walking over to dobby. Harry grapped her by the rist and twirled her towards him. He kissed her softly and let her go. She whispered a simple goodnight and left with dobby looking back at once.

Fred and George were on the floor preteding to make out with it. Harry rolled his eyes and walked back up the steps.

Ginny walked out of the kitchens and walked down the halls. She took out her wand as if she was partolling. She walked down through the dugeens and suddenly a hand came out of no where, grapping her mouth and her waist pulling them into the body. Ginny turned and saw him.

" George, get away. You have no right to touch me in any way like that. "

George Wilson laughed. " Well your no ones to claim to I think I can. And why have you been down here in the dugenns so long. Been down here 4 hours at least?"

Ginny spat back at him. " It's a large place. Now shove off. " she said as she turned and started walking away.

He grapped her by the rist and pulled her back to him. He kissed her hard and forcefully on the lips. She tried to push him away but he was to strong. He kept getting harder with the kisses to. she screamed inside his mouth and he pinned her hard agianst the wall. She kept fighting. She heard a click and the wall or now door behind her opened. She gasped as he kept kissing her and lead her into a dark closet. She tried hard to fight. Kicked and screamed. There was no getting away from this 6'3 muscular guy. He locked the door and her screams were muffled.

George had this all set up. He had the mattres all set up in the closset. He tied her down after setting the Petrificus Totalus on her. He had rapped her and she could do nothing but sit through the pain. He stopped finaly after hours through the night. She was in so much pain. Bruses were forming on her breasts and arms. He took the spell off of her and she grapped her wand.

"Locomotor Mortis." she screamed. She ran out of the room tears streaming down her face. She stumbled and fell.

" Ginny, are you alright. " Neville said as he rushed up to her.

Ginny looked up at him she wanted to tell him, but she knew if she did Harry would find out and he would come find him and kill him. Not that she didn't want him dead it's that he would come out of hiding. Everything they had would be over. She shook her head. " I'm fine. I'm fine, Proffessor. "

She said as she got up and ran ran as fast as she could back to the Gryffindor Common room.

The rest of the week was terrible. Everytime she would partolle George Wilson would find her if it was in the weirdest places he would still find her. And everytime he would defeat her in the fight. He was just to strong for her to fight, though she tried with all her might. He still did the same thing casted the spell tied her to the floor or whatever he had in the small room and raped her. Most of the time if she got out and casted a spell on him he would do it harder and harder hurting her more and more. She understood the more she fought the worse it would get. She understood she could not fight.

Her classed dropped. She was always not eating. Bags formed underneathe her eyes and she went to see harry less and less. This with George Wilson went on for 3 weeks. Finally Neville pulled her aside after his class.

" Ginny, is there something wrong?" He asked.

Ginny looked at him. She couldn't tell she just couldn't. " No Professor. "

Neville looked at her. " Ginny you know you don't have to call me Professor. It's just your failing my class now and every other teacher you have says you are as well. There is something wrong and we know it. "

Ginny looked up at him. " I'm sorry Neville I got to get to my next class. " She turned and walked.

Neville grapped her rist gentle. " Ginny no talk to me. What is going on. "

Ginny slapped his hand away, scared. " No, I can't tell you. I can't. " She said as she started backing away from him.

" Ginny, yes you can. "

Ginny shook her head tears now streaming down her face. She turned to run, her foot caught on a plant and she tripped her head hitting the floor hard. Neville rushed over to her. She wouldn't wake. He picked her up in his arms and rushed her up to the hospital wing.

" Madam Prompy, we have an emergency. " Neville said as he rushed into the Hospital wing.

She gasped and motioned for him to put Ginny on the bed. He did so.

" What do you want me to do?" Neville asked.

" Nothing now, Professor nothing now. You could go tell her Mr. Weasley and Miss Granger and any more you think need to know. "

Neville did so and set off at a run to Ron's office.

Madam promphy gave ginny a potion for her head as she rapped it in a bandage to stop the bleeding. She had to check her over. She put the curtain around Ginny and unbottened her clothes and gasped. She had never in her entire live seen so many bruises on a young girl like this. She had to let her family see this. She left her alone with the bandage and the potion to make her sleep and her head better and kept the curitan around Ginny.

Neville ran down the hallways into Ron's office. He didn't even bothering knocking ran straight in...but he knew it was wrong when he saw what was in front of him. His cheeks grew red.

" Umm, sorry Ron but Ginny is in the Hospital Wing. "

Hermione seemed imbarrased as well. She got off of the desk as Ron climbed off of her. They started out of the room at a walk than at a run.

The three got there and Madam Prompy saw them. She got up hastily and beckonded them into her office. She sat down at her desk as Hermione and Ron sat down and Neville stood by the door.

" What is wrong with her ma'am?" Ron asked quickly.

Madam promphy looked at him. " She has been raped.....and what the bruises on her breasts and down by her legs tell me that it's been happening for while. Also there are bruises around her ankels and rists. It looks as if someone put the Petrificus Totalus on her and tied her up. She hasn't woken up yet. "

The three were stunned. Hermione looked as if she would cry at any moment. Neville just looked out the office door to where Ginny was laying in the bed. He shook his head.

" I'm going to start looking. It had to be someone in her year that could over take her. It wouldn't be a Hufflepuff or a Gryffindor. Someone strong to overtake her. " Neville said as he looked at them and walked out the door.

Ron looked at Madam Prompy. " Thank you. "

He got up and left the room heading over to Ginny's bed. Hermione not far behind him. She walked up to him.

" We have to tell Ha-" She was cut off by Ron's mouth flying over her hand.

" Don't say the name.The name is John. That's the name. "

Hermione nodded. " We have to tell John. "

Ron looked at her. " I will. " He gave Hermione one last kiss and Hermione watched him go as she sat down by Ginny's bed and looked at this girl who was treated so bad.

Ron walked into the Kitchens Dobby was just walking to the portrict with the tray of food.

" Mr. Ron, where is Miss Ginny?"

" She is sick Dobby, I have to tell Harry something important so I thought I would come with you. "

Dobby nodded and they walked to long trip up to the top of the castle. The portrict opened. Harry looked up quickly, he was hoping to see Ginny but instead so a worry stricken Ron. Harry put his book aside and walked over to him.

" What happened?" He asked daring to ask.

" She was raped. " He said in a short dull voice.

Harry looked at him. " Who? Hermione? Ginny? "

Ron looked at him. " Ginny....she's in the hosptial wing now. "

Harry rushed past Ron. Ron grapped him by the arm.

" No Harry no. You know you can't go out in the caslte. "

Harry fought with him. Soon fred and George came down along with percy and they all put Harry down on the couch through a ruff fight. The three questional at Ron and Harry.

" What's going on?" Percy asked.

Ron looked at his older brother. " Ginny...she was rapped. "

The three looked at Ron their faces pale and white.

" In classes we have been noticing she droops around. Bags under her eyes. Never eats. And she is failing every class. Neville pulled her aside today I guess. Well she fell hit her head when trying to escape. While madam prompy checked her out she found the bruises on her breasts, rists, ankels, and around the inside of her legs. She was tied down by ropes. The Petrificus Totalus held her down so she couldn't fight. She also believes that its been going on for a long while now. About three weeks at the least. "

Harry almost gagged on the words that Ron was saying.

" Why didn't she tell me?" he said.

Fred looked at him. " Maybe because the guy threatened her. All I know is he won't live when I find out who it is. "

Ron looked at them. " Neville is going to figure it out. He will get to me and i will come to you. We don't think Ginny needs to be walking around by herself for the next couple of days. "

Percy looked at Ron. " Did Madam prompy say anything about Ginny being pregnate. "

Neville's searche was going as well as expected. Since he had been here just last year he knew who to ask. He got it narrowed down to a 7th year guy in Ravenclaw. He called all 7th year guys to his office. Had them line up. The small shrimpy guys he had leave. Than the non muscular ones he asked to leave. He had 8 guys left. He than called them one by one into his office.

" So Henry, do you know Ginny Weasley?" Neville asked.

" The Head girl right sir?"

Neville nodded. " So you really don't know her at all. "

" No sir not at all. "

" Alright than, can you tell me off someone out in the classroom one of those guys that you might think like Ginny. "

Henry looked at him. " Um not that I know off. "

" Well, I know all of them are your roommates so if there is anything you can tell me just go ahead. " Neville said.

The boy looked behind him. " Well, George Wison hasn't been in the dormitory asleep for about three weeks. He is just never there don't know where he sleeps. He may be out patrolling. "

Neville nodded. " Thank you and you can tell the other boys to go on with their business. But I would like to see Mr. Wilson. "

Henry nodded and got up leaving. Soon George walked in the room.

" Yes, sir you wanted to see me. I expect duties sir. "

Neville stood up. " No its not duties. I just want to know where you are at all hours of the night for the past three weeks. Where have you been?"

George didn't flinch. " Been partolling, sir. "

Neville turned on him. " Not for the whole night. I know not even Head boy or girl is allowed to do that and you know what. You both have. "

George looked at him. " What are you saying professor. "

" I AM SAYING THAT YOU TOTUERED AND RAPED GINNY WEASLEY FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS. "

Neville said as he stood up yelling and screaming. George's face went white. He looked around getting up for a run. He fell to the ground as soon as Neville pulled out his wand. George layed stunned on the ground. Neville bent down to him.
" I think the HeadMaster would love to see you. "

The word was around school before the next 5 hours. The head girl, Ginny Weasley was raped, and the Head boy, George Wilson had down it and was now expelled. And another head boy was appointed from hufflepuff, Cameron Lichin.

Ron walked into his on private quarters and walked over to his bed he collapsed on it. Hermione soon walked in behind him. She closed the door with a soft click and walked over to him. She layed down beside him.

" Ron, talk to me. " Hermione said.

Ron looked at her and moved in giving her a soft passionate kiss.
" Hermione, I want you to know I will never treat you like how they did ginny. And I won't let any guy either. "

Hermione smiled a little.
" Don't feel guitly. We didn't know. "

Ron nodded.
" Well, let's just hope the tests for her being pregante come back negative. "
He pulled Hermione into his arms kissing her on the head softly. They fell asleep.

Harry walked into the room he was sharring with the three Weasleys. He looked at them making sure they were sleeping he grapped his wand and invisiblity cloak. Sneaking out of the room and common room. He went down to the kitchens al the house elves were asleep as well. He looked both ways of the corridor and ran for it with the cloak over him.

He finally got to the Hospital Wing and saw Ginny laying there. He drew a breath in and walked over to her.

He didn't pull the cloak off but knew she was still unconsicious. He took her hand and sat down on the chair next to her bed.

" How could this have happened to you Ginny? " He whispered. " Why didn't you tell me? "

He bent his head down to her abdoman. He listened to her heart beating. Tears streaming down from his face.

" Ginny, please come back to me? Please? I can't take it that I might lose you. "

There was a sharp noise and Madam Promphy came out of her bedroom. Harry jumped and stayed still.

She started walking over to Ginny and Harry quickly moved as quietly as he could.

Madam promphy took a brush from the table by Ginny's bed and started brushing Ginnys flaming red hair.

" Might as well keep that beauty. "

Harry walked back into the common room he was provided. He looked about and started pulling his cloak off when he was hit in the head with a spell and his feet went out from underneathe him.

Percy, Fred, and George pulled the cloak off of him their wand pointed at him. The saw it was him and backed off.

" Woops, sorry man. " Fred said as he and George helped Harry to his feet.

Percy looked at him. " Should be more careful Harry. We heard someone go out and didn't think it was you until we found that you weren't in bed. We thought someone might have kidnapped you. "

Harry shook his head and began towards the steps.

" How is she?" The three chimed in.

Harry turned and looked at them.

" Wha-?"

" We now know you went to go see her. How is she?" Fred said his voice shakey.

Harry looked at him he could tell they were worried. Harry took in a deep breath. " Madam promphy doesn't think she is gonna wake. "

Harry said as she turned and walked up the steps. The three looked at one another and watched him go up.

George chimed in. " He loves her more than anything. He can't fight a war with a broken heart. "

Two weeks had gone by and Ginny still hadn't woken up. Mrs. Weasley and Mr. Weasley sat by Ginny's bed. Mrs. Weasley crying.

" When shall we take the tube out?" Madam Promphy asked.

Mr. Weasley looked at her. " We can do it tommorrow. "

Mrs. Weasley burst into tears agian wailing over Ginny. Madam Promphy walked away to her office and let them be.

Fred, George and Percy had been watching Harry the past two weeks. He had been getting worse each and everyday. He didn't even perk up when Quidditch was mentioned. They were worried. The sent a message to Madam Promphy as soon as possible. The letter came back.
