Ginny jumped back.

" H-h-h-harry?"

He nodded and sat up he still had some shorts on underneathe the white cloth. He looked at her.

" What happened why are you crying over me?"

He asked. It seemed like he had never even been in bad health. He sounded better than he ever had. Ginny's eyes were wide with fear.

" You were dead. They told me you were dead. Malfoy had got you. You were dead. "

She sputtered out. Harry looked at his chest which was still bloody and had the scar. He couldn't remeber. He looked at her getting off the bed and going over to her. He brung her into a hug.

" I don't know how Ginny, but I'm here no more crying. "

He whispered in her ear. Ginny thought she would never hear his voice agian. She thought he was gone. She heard the door open behind them and a screem. She turned to see Hermione her mouth covered a wide eyed expression and Ron stunned. Ginny turned to them still keeping her arms around Harry afraid he might be lost agian.

" He woke up. I don't know he just woke up. He's alive. "

She said almost in tears of joy.
Hermione ran to Harry and tossed her arms around him weeping into him. Ginny backed up and sat on the bed. Harry turned to Ron expecting a hand shake but instead Ron threw his arms around him giving him a hug. He to cried.

" How?"

Ron asked.

" I don't know but all that matters is that your back. "

Hermione said tears still in her eyes.

" Well Proffessor you see, " said Ginny." I came in slowly pulled back the white sheet covering his body. I felt like my heart had stoped. Well I traced the large bloody scar on his bare chest, leaving it and going to his scar on his head and than his lips, which I kissed. Saying One last kiss Harry. I than placed my head on his chest taking his hand and kissing it and wept. "

McGonagal nodded.

" Well, that sounds like the True love spell. It can be performed without a wand. You can only perform it when the person died not from Avada Kadava. So Ginny when you muttered your words of TRUE love to Harry. The spell was casted. Tears are the one thing that finishes if off. "

She said. Ginny nodded taking it all in with the others around her. Harry looked at McGonagal.

" Well, sense Malfoy and apparently Voldemolt thinks I'm dead what are we going to do?"

He asked. McGonagal looked at him. She nodded.

" Well basically you are going to stay out of site and out of hear. You will remain dead to everyone else. We will have your funeral here tommorrow. But you won't be in it. Since school doesn't start until the next week you can stay in you Gryffindor Common room. Along with the rest of you. I will only allow, The Order, Weasleys, Hermione, Neville, and Luna to know what is going on since they are in the DA with you. I will contact them telling them to come up here and you all will stay in the Gryffindor Common Room. I will tell the House Elves to bring all food up to you. You are NOT allowed to leave the Common room. No telling what is around this caslte. Harry you will need to block your mind. Now off you go. The password is Sunurel. I will have your clothes here by tonight. "

She said as the four of them got up. Harry walked out first. He put the invisiblity charm on them and they all walked to the Gryffindor common room awaiting Neville and Luna.

The four stepped in the Common room. The charm coming off of them. They looked around. Harry was glad to be back here. They walked over to their normal chairs and sat down.

They all sat in quiet for a long while, until two people came bursting in.

" Hermione, Ron, Ginny, are you three allright with what has happened?"

Neville asked. He and Luna both stoped in their tracks when they saw Harry. Ginny stood up.

" He's not dead. Come here you two and I shall explain. "

She explained the whole thing to them.

" Wow, I never knew there was such a charm. "

Luna said amazed. The house elves walked in the door with Dinner. They all ate in silence.

Hermione stood up.

" Well I'm gona go ahead and go to bed. Luna I can show you around if your ready to go to bed as well. "

She said. Luna nodded and got up leaving with Hermione. Ron stood as well.

" Yeah, man, it's been a long day I tired as well. "

He said as he got up. Neville left as well with a wave of his hand. Ginny and Harry were the only ones left. They didn't make eye contact with each other.

Harry finally spoke.

" I think I'm going to go asl well. "

He said as he stood up walking to the stairs.

Ginny called out in a wimper.

" H-harry."

He stoped and turned to her. She got up throwing her arms around him. Harry slowly put his around her. Feeling the warmth he knew he couldn't have. She looked up with tears in her eyes.

" Harry, I miss you he will never know. They think your dead. He will never know that we love each other so much. "

She said looking up at him. Harry shook his head.

" He will know. Ginny I may love you put ......the choice I have stuck in my hands if we do, is your life or your death. And I rather not lose you. You know how it feels to lose me. I saw the look in your eyes when I woke up. "

Ginny looked up at him and turned out of his arms and walked to the window. Harry dashed over to her pulling her away from the window.

" You can't stand by those. They could be out their."

He pulled out his wand and cast a spell to make the windows look dark from the outside. Ginny looked at him.

" I'm going to go to bed. "

She said as she walked up the steps and disappeared.

Harry turned around as she left and punched the wall with his fist. Blood poured from the knuckels but he didn't care. He sat down on the couch.

Why was he born into this mess. He couldn't love just one girl without have her hurt or in danger.

He really wanted to hold her to kiss her, but becuase of his name, because of his life he couldn't .

He got up and headed up the steps to sleep.

A person walks towards a waterfall. He looks around and dissappears behind it. He walks down the passage ways until he reaches a door. He knocks.

" Enter. " A voice says.

He enters closing the door behind him.

" Ah, Draco, so nice to see you. Any info of Potter than I need to be aware of?" He asked.

Draco smerked. He steped forward.

" Yes, Master, he's dead. I watched him bleed and die. I killed him for you my Lord. " He said as he knelt down at Voldemolt's feet.

Voldemolt smiled.

" Dead, Draco, you are more promising than your father ever was or will be. Now we can visit some people I've been waiting to see maybe like the Weasley's. "

They both laughed together.

Harry woke up from this dream his scar searing. He looked at Ron's bed and Neville's He quickly got up waking them up. He grappped his wand.

" Neville stay here with Ron. Both of you get your wands out he's coming after your family Ron. I'll be back with the girls. "

He ran out of the room at top speed and ran up the girls steps even thought they went slippery he made it to the top and ran to the last room. He opened it.

" Lumos Maximam. Girls get up now, come one get up. Get your wands. " Harry screamed almost.

They all woke up and looked at him quickly grapping their wands.

" What's going on?" Ginny asked.

Harry looked at her. " He's coming for you. " He said looking into her eyes.

Ginny looked at him stunned. She now knew Harry was right about what all he said. Hermione and Luna came up and the four of them ran to the Boys dormitory. They all walked in and he turned on fire to put light in his room. He walked to the window shut the curtians. He turned to them.

" I just had a dream. Malfoy told Voldemolt that he had watched me bleed to death. He than said since Potter is gone we are free to visit the Weasleys. We have to get all of your family up here now. I'm contacting Proffessor McGonagal as we speak. "

He went to his trunk and pulled out a picture of Proffesor Dumbledore.

" Professor, could you get Proffesor McGongal up here immediately and if you could contact all the Weasley's except for Ron and ginny they are here. Please hurry. "

He nodded. " Will do Harry. " and he was off. He looked at the ones in the room.

" I'll stay up you all need your rest. Someone will have to share a bed. " Harry said.

" Umm, I will share one with Ron if he doesn't mind. " Hermione said.

Ron nodded. " No I don't mind. He scooted over in his bed and still sat up. Hermione climbed in beside him, while luna took the one beside Neville and Ginny took Harry's bed. Harry looked at her briefly and than at the rest. He sat down by the window and turned out the light as they all went to sleep except for him.

Proffessor McGongal walked into the room. She saw everyone asleep and her eyes drifted over to Harry. She walked quieltly over him. She muffled their voices.

" What, happened?" She asked.

He told her about the dream. The door opened agian and the twins walked in with percy, and bill. They walked to them and Harry told them the rest of the Weasley's showed up. Mrs. Weasley and Mr. Weasley had their own room. The two older boy Weasley's had theirs with Precy. The twins shared the room with Harry, Ron, Neville and Ron. The girls had their on room in the middle. Everyone went to sleep except Harry. He sat at the window and watched the sun come up.

Harry got after a while taking his wand out. He went out of the room leaving the door open. He checked all the rooms. Everyone was presant. He came apon the girl's room and opened it. He took a step inside. Lit his wand.

Ginny seemed to be struggling in her sleep. She was tossing and turning. Harry walked over to her remebering how to read others dreams. He put his hand firmly on her forehead.

He was taken to the chamber of secrets. He saw Ginny standing there in the chamber as Tom came to her.

" Young child, you will die. You are the bait for young Harry Potter. Your whole family will die. Your friends. Everyone will die because of your one mistake. A good mistake on my behaf bad on yours. "

Harry came out of the dream shaking Ginny.

" GINNY GINNY GINNY. "

She jolted awake. Tears coming from her eyes. Harry picked her up so they wouldn't distrubt Hermione. He carried her into an empty room. He walked over to a bed setting her down. He sat down next to her.

" Ginny, are you alright?" he asked.

Ginny shook her head. " Harry I'm scared. He haunts my dreams everynight. Says those words to me every night. Than i have pictures of you dead in my dreams. "

Harry looked at her. He wiped her tears away. " Ginny, if he hurts you. I will kill him. If he comes near you I will kill him. If he even says you name I will kill him. You are did not make the mistake he did. He chose his path. "

Ginny looked up. He could tell she understood. Harry took her hand.

" When this is over we begin. Now let's go to sleep. "

He pulled the covers over her. He kissed her on the forehead and walked towards the door.

" Harry, will he know if you stay here with me tonight?"

Harry turned and looked at her. " No he wouldn't. "

Harry turned back climbing in beside her. He pulled the covers over him and her laying down on his back. She wiggled over to him laying her head on his chest.

Harry awoke the next morning. He stretched and looked over beside him. No Ginny. He pulled his wand out from underneathe his pillow, just as habbit. And went out of the room. He looked up and down the hallways. He checked all the rooms. Everyone of of them was empty. He walked down to the common room.

" SURPRISE. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARRY."

Harry almost fell back. He beamed at them as nearly everone was there including all the teachers and Hagrid. He looked towards Ginny and she smiled evily.

" It was you who set this up." He said pointing to Ginny laughing.

Ginny laughed and nodded. " Any man can be fooled. "

Harry walked over to them.

" Well open your presants. " Hermione said jumping up and down. Harry opened loving everything he got. Everyone was just talking in the common room and harry wondered over to a couch and sat down. He took a sip of his butterbeer.

Ginny wondered over and sat down beside him. " You forgot one. " she said as she tossed a small box into his lap. Harry looked up at her smiling. He opened it and started reading.

Harry climbed the steps slowly at first than he started leaping up them. He looked down the hall ways. He thought about it and went down the girls first. He walked down it in the darkness. Something grapped him and pulled him. He found Ginny. He smiled down at her.

" And you wanted. " He said.

Ginny put her arms around his neck and brung herself up to him kissing him with an egerness. Harry wasn't stunned by this but instead quite marveled. He hadn't held Ginny in so long, hadn't felt her warmth. He loved it. They broke away but only milimeters between them.

" Ginny, I love you. "

" I love you too, Harry. "
