Harry walked closer to a bed at the other end of the Hospital Wing and saw a small strawberry blonde haired girl lying on the bed, and a larger, bushy haired girl sitting next to her, crying. Harry instantly went over to her and hugged her.
"Mione, I was so worried about you. What happened?" he asked.
"K-kill M-Malfoy." she said.
"Why?"
"He pushed Leah down the stairs when she was coming up to the Gryffindor Common Room. It was either him or Crabbe and Goyle, because they were all there. Seamus helped me bring her up when Malfoy shouted a few curses. As he got up, the curses hit him and Leah." Hermione explained.
"Where's Seamus?"
Hermione nodded to a bed behind Harry. He turned and saw Seamus, and went pale as the crisp white sheets on the beds.
"The curses hit seamus forcefully, but not so forefully on Leah." she said.

Harry walked out of the Hospital Wing, findin Draco in a heated session with Ginny.
"MALFOY WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!?" Harry shouted, pulling Draco away from Ginny.
Ginny stood in confusion. Draco turned and faced Harry, true malice showing in his eyes.
"What do you want Potter?" Draco asked calmly.
Harry didn't answer. He was too angry for words and drew out his wand. He pointed it to Draco and shouted, "RICTUSEMPRA!"
Draco was flung back from the curse. He staggered back up, the pain was too much for him but he didn't falter.
He too drew out his wand and pointed it at Harry.

"Crucio!" he yelled and the curse hit Harry in the chest.
An agonising jet of pain surged through Harry's body and he fell to the floor, crying in agony.
"Silencio" Draco said and it muted Harry's cries. He walked away, leaving the defenceless teenager.
"Draco where were you?" Ginny asked when she found him skulking the Slytherin dungeons.
"Just went for a walk. And I think the real question is what are YOU doing down here?" Draco said, holding her shoulders gently.
"Parkinson came up to me accusing me of hiding you somewhere. When I told her I hadn't seen you, she called me a liar and hit me. I Started to wonder where you were and then a very worrying thought came into my mind." Ginny explained and she ignored the lone tear falling from her eyes.
Draco wiped the tear away. "Don't worry I'm here now. And Parkinson won't get away with that, I can assure you."
Ron found Harry unconscious but still twitching with the effects of the curse.
He released the curses from Harry and slowly walked Harry to the Hospital Wing. | |

The next morning, Hermione woke up to find Ginny standing over her, red in the face in anger.
"Why did u get Harry to hurt Draco!?" Ginny asked, enfuriated.
