Hogwarts RPG Name: Fallon Chanel Fifth Year | Chapter 6 Chapter 6
I sat in the common room, silently and alone, doing my homework. Draco hadn’t even bothered to talk to me or even look at me since our little incident earlier. I honestly never knew what to think of him.
Draco is an odd person. Sometimes I have the most amazing moments with him, where I honestly feel like he really is my best friend. And then I have other moments where I hate him so badly that it would please me most if I could go tie him to a train track and run away, chuckling evilly, as the train rolled over him like a rolling pin with dough. Draco really is one of those people you have to either love or hate. I’m still not sure which one I’m partial to, but right now, I’m strongly leaning on hate. Draco can be so ridiculous sometimes. I mean, I know he really loves me, and that’s all fine and dandy, but you think he’d be able to tell that I’m not ready for a relationship! And besides, I’m not even sure what my feelings for him really are. For all I know, we could stop being friends when we graduate. But with my luck, Draco will still stalk me after that.
He’ll either stalk me to death or force me to marry him. I’m starting to think death isn’t such a bad thing after all…
I honestly wonder why Draco loves me so much. There’s nothing special about me. Sure, people constantly tell me how beautiful I am, but I honestly don’t see it. My mother always said she wishes she could do away with my low self esteem. I, however, wish I could do away with her…
But like I said, there isn’t anything special about me. Yeah, I’m smart, and yes I can see into the future. But what’s so cool about that!?? I don’t even really like my visions. I could live without them. And all they do is get in the way.
And I am too sarcastic for my own good. My mother often wonders aloud if I will ever be a nice person. I think I’m nice, but I can’t help being sarcastic. It’s what smart people do.
I could see him coming inside of my head before I even heard his footsteps.
“Good evening Draco,” I said, my back on him as he appeared from the boy’s dormitory.
“How did you-”
“I have a ‘gift’,” I reminded Draco before he could even finish his sentence.
I let out a sigh and turned the page in my book, writing an occasional note here and there on my parchment. I really wasn’t in the mood for school right now. And besides, I was too smart to even have to study. I guess I was just doing it to take my mind off of everything.
“Look, I’m sorry about earlier,” Draco began, “Its just…I want you, Déjà. So badly it hurts. I can’t help it. I’ve tried to fight it for years, but it doesn’t work. I want us to have a relationship other than friendship. I honestly think we could be more than friends…”
“Draco, I’m not even sure how I feel about you right now. And I’m not so sure a relationship would be good for us. I’m too much trouble,” I said flatly.
“I’m willing to take the risk,” Draco replied.
“But I’m not sure if I even want you to bother,” I said. I put my hand over Draco’s, which was resting on the desk top. “I’m sorry. But this is all too much for me. I mean, with you, and these bizarre visions…”
“Wait, what do you mean ‘bizarre visions’?,” Draco cut in.
“I keep having visions about that same pale man giving out directions to different people. He keeps mentioning someone he calls ‘the girl’. I just want to know who it is…,” I whispered, biting the inside of my lip like I always did when deep in thought.
Draco squinted his eyes and furrowed his brows, he too was deep in thought. I studied his facial features while he was thinking. I’d never noticed how nice his skin was…pale, but clear. And he had a perfectly cute nose. His lips were a pale pink, and almost intoxicating if you looked at them too long. His eyes were a beautiful shade of gray… they were almost silver, like a patronus. His eyebrows were darker than his hair, but it looked nice, not tacky as if he had dyed them. His chin was pointed, but not in an ugly way. It made him look more masculine. I already knew he had perfect straight and white teeth due to him constantly laughing or smiling at me. And to top it all off, his platinum blonde hair fell right into the perfect places around his face, his long eyelashes keeping it from his eyes.
I had never noticed how…perfect he looked. Like an angel. It was almost unreal…almost unbearable to study for too long. No wonder all of the girls wanted him. He looked amazing.
My eyes lingered down to his chest, which I could tell was full of muscles due to the see-through white shirt he was wearing. The sleeves on his shirt were rolled up, revealing well-developed forearms. His veins were bulging from them, which I found unbearably sexy. He looked strong.
His hands were big, but a little skinny. He had long fingers and you could see the bulging veins on the top of his hands.
I can’t believe it’s taken me this many years to realize exactly how Draco looked. I almost felt stupid for never noticing. I guess since I always thought of him as a friend, I’d never even wanted to look at him like that.
Hearing Draco’s voice made me snap out of my thoughts. I prayed to God that Draco didn’t notice me gawking at him like that. Otherwise, I’d never be able to live it down.
“…perhaps the girl is a student here…have you ever seen that man before in real life?,” Draco said.
I thought hard and then shook my head. “Nope. Never.”
“Humph,” Draco muttered, going back into thought.
Finally realizing that my hand was still on Draco’s, I quickly pulled back, looking away.
“What?,” he asked, looking at my hand longingly, as if his eyes were begging me to let him hold my hand again.
“It’s getting late…I should probably go upstairs now…get some sleep…today has been rough…,” I said, getting up and gathering all my school supplies.
“Do you need any help?,” Draco asked, he too rising to his feet.
“Um…no, I’ve got it,” I said, turning my back on him, headed towards my dorm.
“Ok, Déjà. Good night. Sweet dreams,” he said as I still felt his eyes on my back.
“Good night,” I replied.
“I love you,” he called as I reached for the door knob.
“Uh huh,” I said, opening my door, sliding in, and closing it behind me, taking a deep sigh as I flung myself on my bed, falling asleep instantly. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Fallon Chanel Fifth Year | Chapter 7 Chapter 7
Three days passed and bright and early the Saturday sun shone bright into my dormitory window. I looked over at my clock, realizing it was almost one o’ clock P.M.. I got up and took a quick shower, brushed my hair and teeth and slid into some comfortable muggle clothes. I left my dorm and went down to the Great Hall.
“How nice of you to join me,” Draco said as I took a seat next to me.
He stopped talking to some boy next to him and directed all of his attention on me. I flicked my wand at my plate and food appeared. I began to slowly eat.
“I was tired,” I said in between bites of chicken.
Draco smirked.
“Well, I assume you are well rested now, and can accompany me in a swimming trip down at the lake…,” he said.
“I guess a quick swim would be nice, yes,” I said. “But no bikini’s…,”
“Aww man! That was the best part of summer break…you, your pool…you in your bikini…,” Draco sighed, looking forward, the smirk still on his face. “Good times…”
“You’re sick,” I spat.
“And you’re sexy. What do you expect?,” Draco shrugged.
“Honestly Draco, when will you realize that I’m not ‘sexy’? I’m not even pretty…,” I said.
“I think your mother dropped you on your head when you were a child,” Draco said. “You are too beautiful…”
“Not really. There are tons of girls here prettier than me…,” I sighed, taking a sip of pumpkin juice.
“Haha. Not even. Name one girl. None of them can compete to you…,” Draco said.
“Um…what about Natalie Belcher…,” I said.
“Are you kidding? It looks like she was ran over by one of those things the muggles have that you like…aren’t they called ‘traffic’ or something?,” Draco said.
“They are called CARS. And no, she is pretty…prettier than me,” I said.
“She wishes she was…,” Draco said, getting up.
I followed him and we both walked out to the lake. I flicked my wand so that I changed into a pink one-piece bathing suit. It was a nice shade and covered me well. Draco flicked his wand and his clothes changed into swimming shorts. He dove into the water.
“This feels so good,” he said, sighing as he let the water cover his body.
I jumped in after him. And he was right. The water was warm. I splashed Draco and giggled.
“You little-” he began, but I was already under water, swimming away, before he could finish his sentence.
He swam fast after me, but I still had a good lead on him. After a long amount of swimming underwater, I needed air. As I tried to come up, I actually found myself sinking deeper in the water. It felt like someone was pushing me under deeper and deeper. I looked around under the water, and no one or nothing was around. I began to panic and I tried to scream, but it couldn’t be heard because I was under water. I quickly began to slip from consciousness, everything fading away. I heard a splash of water and everything went black.
I woke up sometime later and looked around. I was surrounded by cards and flowers and candy and such. Everything was too bright. I put my hand over my eyes and sat up.
“Madame Pomphrey! She’s awake!,” I heard someone exclaim.
I heard the shuffle of the matron’s slippers across the floor and she pulled my hand back, examining my face.
“You look rough, darling,” she said. “You gave us all quite a scare…even Professor Dumbledore had no idea what to do to you…”
“What happened?,” I asked, coughing.
My hand went straight to my throat.
“You nearly drowned,” someone said.
I looked past Madame Pomphrey and sure enough, Draco was sitting behind her. I laid back in my bed, my head feeling horribly.
“How long have I been out?,” I asked.
“Nearly a week. It’s lucky you chose today to regain consciousness, or tomorrow you would have become St. Mungo’s newest patient…,” Madame Pomphrey said.
I closed my eyes.
“Things honestly can’t get anymore worse, can they…?.” I sighed. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Fallon Chanel Fifth Year | Chapter 8 I'm feeling generous today. Enjoy the post! Chapter 8
Weeks passed and I really began to feel like I was back at school. Fall was getting nearer and a slight breeze often found itself blowing in the trees or sweeping the cloaks of students off to classes.
Nothing much had happened between Draco and me, other than the fact that we both often spent many hours together trying to figure out all of my confusing visions. Each one became more clearer, and the man continued to make others do his bidding. Apparently, he wanted some girl. I’m not so sure why, though. He had yet to come right out and say why or what with he wanted the girl. But apparently he wanted the girl, whoever she was, badly.
“Anything new?,” Draco asked once we were both done with our class work and had given the ever-dramatic Snape a sample.
I sighed, sitting back in my seat, facing the front of the classroom. “Nope. Nothing new.”
Draco had practically became a detective. My visions were killing him as much as they were me. He wanted to figure it all out.
“God,” Draco let out a sigh, crossing his arms and leaning back in his chair as he too faced the front of the classroom.
“Yeah I know,” I replied.
“Well, since we have next period free, how about we go up to the library to see if there’s anything we can find to perhaps make your visions longer or something…,” Draco suggested.
“Yeah. Good idea. Perhaps we could maybe find something to help me see when I want to see…my mother told me that there is a certain curse to use when you want to see something right then and there,” I said.
“Oh yeah! How could I have possibly forgot that curse! Its particularly hard to perform, but I doubt you’ll have no trouble with it whatsoever. You’re so intelligent…,” Draco said.
I blushed at his flattery. “I can’t remember how to say it…you should probably help me…,”
“I’d be more than happy to accompany you,” Draco smiled.
“Good,” I said, the bell ringing as soon as I finished my sentence.
Draco and I both got up, gathering our school bags as we headed up to the Slytherin common room. We knew it would be empty, and we no longer needed to go to the library, seeing as Draco knew the curse. He probably remembered hearing my mother use it before. He spent so much time at my house while we were away from Hogwarts.
Several minutes later, we were finally at the dungeon. Draco muttered the password to the door and stepped into the common room. I followed suit behind him, dropping my book bag on the couch. I took off my cloak and pulled out my wand, facing Draco.
“Ok. If you perform the spell right like your mother was able to, a pink smog should cover your face. Now, give it a try,” Draco said, saying the curse slowly to me.
I nodded and said the curse, but nothing happened. I looked at Draco, a dumbfound look on my face.
“No, you’re holding your wand wrong and in the wrong direction. Here,” he said, taking my hand, sending shocks up my arm.
Draco stood behind me, pointing my wand up in the sky, his hand on mine. I could feel his warm breath on my cheek as he stood behind me. It sent shivers up and down my spine.
After several intense minutes, I finally looked over at him.
“I can’t do this,” I said flatly.
“Oh come on. You just aren’t focusing,” Draco said, looking down at me.
I looked up at him, taking a deep breath. His eyes searched my face, wondering if now was the right time. But even if it wasn’t, it didn’t stop his face from leaning towards mine. He was so close, probably an inch away from me and I pulled back.
“I…um…,” I began, but I spun on my heel, headed for the door.
I reached for it and had it half way open when I heard Draco say frantically, “No.”
He shut the door and flung me against the back of it, pinning me tightly to it, his body pressed against mine, as his lips captured mine. I didn’t object but pulled him even closer but his Slytherin tie, one of my hands reaching up to run through his hair as he kissed me hard. One of his hands slid into my hair, running his long fingers through my even longer hair as the other hand slid down my back, pulling me even closer to him. His hand moved from my hair to run his thumb over my cheek. Soon, his hand was back in my hair brushing through it as he continued the kiss. Even if I wanted to pull away, I couldn’t. His grip on me was too hard. But the longer we kissed, the looser his grip became. When I finally thought his grip was loose enough, I pulled back, the look on Draco’s face clear that he was no where near done.
“I love you,” he breathed, giving me another kiss.
He moved his hand from my hair again and traced his pointer finger over my lips. I held my breath, looking up at him. I couldn’t take anymore. I felt like I was going to explode.
Without saying a word, I completely removed myself from Draco’s grip and opened the door, stepping out and sprinting away as fast as my long legs would carry me. I bumped into several people but I didn’t care. I needed to get away. As far away as possible.
I ran all the way out to the Great Lake, the farthest end from the school. I stood there, coughing and breathing rapidly, the overwhelming feeling of dizziness consuming my body and mind. I felt like I had just been into a fist fight with someone. I slowly swayed in place and everything began to grow black as I hit the ground. I could have sworn that I heard feet crunching through leaves as I closed my eyes…
And I was right. I opened my eyes several hours later to find myself yet again in the Hospital Wing. I looked over, and even though the room was pitch black, I could tell Draco was the one quietly asleep in the seat next to my bed as his light hair reflected in the moonlight pouring in from the window above my head. I let out a small cough, my throat feeling as if it were on fire. Draco stirred in his sleep and sat straight up, facing me. He made the candle lamp next to me illuminate and he studied my face.
“You’ve got to stop doing stupid stuff, Déjà. One of these days, you’re going to kill yourself…,” Draco said.
“Well maybe if you didn’t bother me so much, I wouldn’t have that problem,” I spat.
“Well maybe if you weren’t so damn beautiful and intoxicating, I’d actually be able to stay away from you,” Draco replied.
“Draco, I am not,” I began, but he cut me off.
“If you dare finish that sentence I swear to God everyone will know your secret. Don’t you dare say that you are ‘not beautiful’ because it is the biggest lie that could ever come forth from your lips,” Draco said.
I rolled my eyes and tried my best to look away. But I couldn’t help but look back at Draco.
“Must you always do stuff to annoy me so badly?,” I asked.
“I’m sorry,” Draco said, but I knew he didn’t mean it.
I rolled my eyes and looked at Draco for a moment. He decided to break the silence first.
“That kiss was amazing,” he breathed, his grey eyes staring into my brown ones.
I looked away. This was an awkward moment for me. Draco took a hold of my hand, making me face him.
“I meant it, Déjà. I really love you. That kiss was the most amazing thing anyone could have given me…,” he said.
“No…I mean…come on…,” I stuttered.
“I think you felt something in that kiss,” Draco interrupted.
“Oh honestly…I mean…,” I tried again, but it didn’t work.
“Admit it. You loved that kiss, and you felt something. Otherwise you wouldn’t have let me kiss you, or you wouldn’t have returned it that way,” Draco said.
“You’re losing your mind,” I said.
“No, my love. I feel as if I just found it...”

Hogwarts RPG Name: Fallon Chanel Fifth Year | Chapter 9 Chapter 9
The week passed and soon it was the weekend again. I woke up at a decent time that Saturday, probably around 9 o’ clock a.m. It had been my first day out of the Hospital Wing since my near death experience at the lake. I got up, took a quick shower, brushed my hair and teeth and put on some comfortable clothes. I wore a pink and brown velvet sweat suit with matching sneakers. My hair was pulled back in a long ponytail and I had on a pink elastic headband.
Instead of going down to breakfast, I decided to go out for a walk. I walked around the lake, the wind blowing slightly and the air was faintly cold. Draco was no where in sight. I honestly was shocked.
I sat down on a big rock which was slightly wet at the bottom near my feet. I let out a sigh, looking out at the large lake in front of me. I bit the inside of my lip, trying to collect all my thoughts. But like clockwork, he appeared.
“Hey,” Draco said softly, sitting next to me on the large rock.
“Hi,” I replied, looking forward.
I could feel Draco’s eyes studying my face. But I continued to face forward.
“So have you-” Draco began
“No I have not seen anything lately, Draco,” I said, cutting him off.
“Oh,” he muttered, looking away.
We sat quiet for at least a half an hour. But finally I couldn’t take his presence anymore. It had been slightly awkward to be around him since our first kiss. I got up, but my foot slipped on something invisible and I fell, my forehead hitting the rock and my ankle snapping again, making a sound as if I had just sat on a large back of potato chips.
Draco shook his head as I cried out in pain.
“Off we go again,” he said, picking me up.
“Déjà, you’ve got to be careful!,” Draco exclaimed, carrying me down the hall like I was weightless.
“I’m sorry. I slipped. The rock was slippery…,” I replied. “It wasn’t my fault…”
“Well, I’m sure you’ve at least sprained your ankle…and I’m sure this will leave a mark too…,” Draco said, gently running a finger over the along the top of my eyebrow.
I winced back at his touch.
“Sorry,” Draco muttered.
“It’s fine,” I said. “Thanks for helping me, though.”
“I’d do anything for you, Déjà. I love you,” Draco said, laying me down on a cot in the Hospital Wing, stepping back and letting Madame Pomphrey go frantic around me.
“Draco, please don’t leave,” I asked, nearly begging.
Draco laughed. “I won’t. I promise.”
He plopped down in a chair next to my bed, running a hand through his hair as he looked over at me, smiling widely.
“What?,” I barked as soon as Madame Pomphrey was out of earshot.
“You look so innocent right now…that look on your face was weird, though, like someone was trying to push you into the lake…,” Draco said.
“Maybe there was someone…Draco, I’ve got to tell you something…I’m scared. I’ve been having all this stuff happen to me lately, you know!,” I hissed, looking at him.
His eyes bore back into mine. Draco took a hold of my hand.
“Don’t worry,” Draco said. “I’m here for you, I promise. I won’t let anything happen to you. I love you…”
I don’t know why I suddenly wanted him around, when just moments ago I wanted to get away from him. I looked over at Draco and his eyes locked with mine. Neither of us said anything, but stared into each other’s eyes.
“You’ve definitely broken your ankle this time, Miss Donatella,” Madame Pomphrey. She handed me a cup of some brown liquid. I wrinkled my nose at the smell of it. “Drink it.”
I did as I was told and drank the drink. It was all I could to save myself from gagging.
“It’s not supposed to taste good,” Madame Pomphrey said, frowning at the look on my face.
I rolled my eyes as she dabbed some hot gel-like medicine on my forehead where the gash was. The blood stopped pouring and the skin came together, not even leaving a scar. I ran my hand over it, and it felt as if nothing was ever there. I let out a sigh of relief, but it was overcome by a scream of pain. My ankle felt like someone was stabbing it with a knife.
“Oh God it hurts! Make the pain stop!,” I screamed, clutching my ankle as tears fell down my cheeks like rain.
Madame Pomphrey turned on her heel and walked away. And the pain didn’t stop. I grabbed Draco’s hand and closed my eyes tight, still crying from the pain. It continued on for a good half an hour. Suddenly, the pain ceased and my ankle looked good as new. I opened my eyes and stopped crying. I reached down and rubbed it, my other hand still in Draco’s.
“Better?,” he asked me.
“Much better,” I sighed, laying back in the bed.
I let go of his hand and Draco looked away, frowning. The familiar feeling of staring out into space with a blank look on my face erupted as I was pulled from reality into one of my visions. “Why is it taking so long to get her!,” the pale man screamed.
The other man I recognized as Durvell quivered on the floor.
“I’ve tried everything, sir. But she is always somehow saved. I think there is someone there to help her. Someone might know!,” Durvell replied.
“You better hope not, Durvell. I either want her dead or brought to me. If she won’t die, then I’ll force her to marry me. It will make her powers be transferred to me,” the master announced.
“You want me to kidnap her, sir?,” Durvell asked.
“Yes. Kill anyone who steps in your way,” the master said.
“But sir…what are her powers? She is a normal girl…the only thing that makes her different is she is extremely beautiful…,” Durvell said.
“That is a sign of a truly powerful person,” the master replied.
“But sir, the only thing I can think she might even have that is a power is she might be a Seerer. She is always talking to some young lad about think she ‘sees’,” Durvell said.
“Ahh…it would be nice to be a Seerer. Its one of the gifts I lack…but if I get her and force her to marry me, I’ll have that gift…,” the master said, rubbing his hands together greedily.
“Now you want to marry her? But she’s only seventeen…,” Durvell said.
“She’s of-age,” the master spat.
“But why did you want me to kill her before?,” Durvell asked.
“Because…she poses as a threat. She has a power I lack. I will kill everyone that stands in my way of me coming to full power,” the pale man announced. “You are to go and kidnap her and bring her to me. And keep in mind, if you fail to get her…then I will not fail in tasting your family’s sweet blood…”
I was flung back against the bed, shaking my head from my vision.
“What did you see?,” Draco asked.
“I saw the pale man again…he wants the girl. He said at first he wanted her dead, but due to Durvell’s failed attempts to kill her, now he wants to force her to marry him. He thinks someone was stopping her from getting hurt and dying. But now he wants Durvell to get her and bring her to him. He wants to marry her because if she marries him, it will transfer all of her ‘powers’ to him…but Durvell seems to only think that she is a Seerer…and I also found out that she is seventeen…and according to Durvell, she is extremely beautiful…God I wish I knew who she was!,” I said.
Draco looked at me like I was stupid. “If I’m right, then you do know her.”
“Huh?,” I asked.
“Déjà,” Draco said, taking my hand in his and making me look directly at him, “I think the girl he wants is you…” |
