Due to a computer virus that simply attacked my computer, I couldn't check every day for a new post, but alas, I'm back! And that last post was so cute! I loved it! PAMS

I'm glad you're back!

Here's another postie:

We were going steady, for about two months. I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole school knew. Not to brag or anything, but Cedric and I were both part of the “in” crowd and it was rare that something which happened in our group wasn’t broadcasted.

Still, Ced hadn’t kissed me. Like, on the lips. I suppose he was just shy about it, but I admit I was getting a bit impatient. The other guys I’d went out with in the past usually kissed me within the first few days. I didn’t really want to push Ced, though. He was such a sweet guy.

This afternoon was a good chance for us, however. Ced and I were walking in the Hogwarts outdoor hallways, which were pretty much deserted. He was holding my hand tenderly. The sun was shining down, but the air was still crisp as it was the beginning of spring.

We stopped and I hoisted myself up on the ledge of the railing so that my back was to the grass and scenery, but I was facing Ced. Since I was considerably shorter than him, I almost was at eye level with him. Chuckling, Ced leaned sideways against the railing, gazing at me.

“You’re so beautiful, have I ever mentioned that?” he told me in that genuine voice which I loved so much.

Giggling, I nodded. “You say it practically every day.”

“I know. I just like to let you know that, is all.” Cedric smiled at me and tucked a strand of straight, black hair behind my ear.

With a swift motion, his lips met mine. It was the most wondrous kiss I’d ever shared with someone; the one I had been waiting for. And Cedric was a very skilled kisser. I kissed him back, liking the pressure of his lips against my own. His body pushed closer to mine and maybe we were a bit aggressive, but I felt myself fall backwards and onto the grass, taking Ced with me.

With a thud, I groaned slightly. Thankfully, the grass was soft and springy. Ced lay just beside me, laughing. I joined in soon later. He sat up, back against the barrier, studying me, still lying on the ground.

Finally deciding to get up, I shuffled over to him and sat on his lap, kissing him gently. His eyes fluttered closed. I guess I was caught up in the moment or something, but I started gradually unbuttoning his shirt, my hands wandering at just the right pace.

“Mmm…” he murmured, his hand creeping to my neck and kissing me with more vigor.

Ced took in a deep breath, re-did his shirt and rose, offering his hand to me, which I gladly took to stand up. “We’d better get going.”

I nodded silently.

Uh-oh...jeez, Ced...it was slightly his fault for letting her go so far and then just all of a sudden telling her to stop...eesh...very inttttttense!

Thanks! I sorta pictured her,a girl who has gone through a whole list of boys, as bolder in the romance area. Like, since she made the first move on Harry, why not Ced? I never pictured her timid. And I picture him as the model Huffie student boy (most of the time, at least ). Heh heh.

Okies, here is a looonnnggg post for y'all!

I couldn’t feel anything, and yet I was aware that I was engulfed. Everything was black. My mind was devoid of all thoughts, except that I remembered Dumbledore’s words, which told me and several others what to expect. Then I felt something. Someone grabbing my waist. Thrusting me upward.

My head broke the surface of the water. Coughing and sputtering, my head jerked around. The arm was still around my waist. Cedric was beside me, drenched. “You all right?” he asked with a bit of concern.

“Oh, yeah, I’m fine. Thanks for saving me.” I beamed at him and he grinned back.

Catching my friends’ eyes, who were watching us intently, I gave a little wave before Ced and I paddled to the dock set up for the Triwizard champions and their “treasures.” I could hear Hogwarts students cheering.

Ced pulled me up onto the dock, gathering me into his arms after he noticed that I was shivering. I closed my eyes as my teeth chattered, enjoying the warmth of his wet body against mine and hearing his heart beating in my ear.

A professor handed him two towels and Cedric draped one over me snugly before he threw on his own.

“You did a great job; I’m so proud of you!” I whispered to him, smiling. “First place for sure.” I gave him a kiss on the cheek, making sure it was quick (I didn’t want him getting any second thoughts).

Viktor and Harry soon followed with their “treasures.” I was rather impressed that Harry had both Ron and a pretty blonde girl. My eyes flicked over to the edge of the dock, where Fleur Delacour had suddenly stood up when she caught sight of her sister, I assumed.

When the commentator announced that Ced, my Cedric, was in first place, my heart leapt. “I knew it!” I exclaimed, throwing my arms around him in a fierce hug.

I could feel the vibrations of his laughter ripple through my body as he wrapped his arms around me. It was the best feeling in the world.

Shortly after the crowd of onlookers had dissipated from the stands, Ced turned to me and smoothed back my soaked hair. “You’re so amazing,” he sighed with a priceless Cedric-smile.

I couldn’t believe how he still cared about me so much, even after the little escapade of our first kiss. It was then that I realized his heart was true and pure, more than I could ever ask for. “No, you’re the one who’s amazing,” I said, face upturned.

Ced just did that humble chuckle of his and pulled me against his chest again. My towel slid to the floor and I bent to pick it up, but his arms prevented me. “We can just share a towel,” he stated in a low voice.

Covering us both with his towel, he started to talk again. “You know that one day? The first day we kissed?”

I nodded, hoping that what he was about to say wasn’t bad. I squeezed my eyes shut.

“I realized that you’re one of the most special people in my life, and that’s why Dumbledore chose you to be the treasure that I had to retrieve.” Ced breathed in again, hen continued. “And I want to give you more, Cho. I want you to be happy.”

“But I am, Ced,” I whispered, eyes opening a bit. I still clung to his body tightly. “Exceedingly happy.”

His hands tenderly swiveled my body so that I couldn’t help but look straight into his eyes as he spoke to me. He glanced at my drenched, white uniform shirt and rubbed the towel over my arms harder so that I’d remain warm.

Bending down (he had to bend quite a ways), he kissed me gently. I reached up and brushed my hands through his hair, feeling the wet strands.

I could feel his muscles rippling underneath his shirt as my hands grazed for the nape of his neck. I kissed his warm mouth even more passionately than last time and to my pleasure, he returned it with equal, if not more, zeal.

Slowly, his fingers traced down my sides. His touch sent a feeling like fire on its way. My flesh tingled gratifyingly. Ced rocked me back and forth in an unhurried dance across the dock, making me feel like the queen of the world.
