Hi, I just wanted to say that I'm really enjoying this fan fiction. You're a very talented writer. I read your first story at the weekend and just started this today (I've just got to the Wedding, and am crying my eyes out, sigh.). I'm going to go and read some more...

well, this is it my dear readers...the conclusion is here. I hope all your questions are answered. please comment within the next week and then I will have it transferred to "finished fics". It's been a bumpy road, and a lot of writing but I am happy with the results. I'm taking a break from fic writing for a bit, but I will post a one shot telling Draco and Monique's story since I've had several PMs asking for it.

“Wake up…” Hermione whispered over the hospital bed. She held Minnie close to her chest. She had obviously been crying.
Opening her eyes slowly Ginny blinked realizing she was in St. Mungos. “ The babies?” she rasped.
“They are being measured in the nursery right now. Don’t try to speak, just rest.” Hermione whispered through tears.
“Draco?” Ginny mumbled fighting to keep her eyes open.
Hermione shook her head with tears streaming down her face. Ginny let out a low groan as she fell into a deep drugged sleep.

“It’s just a few days mate. Don’t get too down, you know how it is when you AK someone. The Ministry has to conduct an investigation.” Harry gave Ron a week smile as they sat in the waiting room of the hospital.
“I Know, I just can’t believe I took a life… never like that.” Ron whispered.
“She would have killed Ginny and the babies! You had to take that horrible Narcissa out! You had no choice!” Harry said putting his hand on his friend’s shoulder.
Ron nodded and looked at Harry with tears in his eyes. “I was too late to save him though…”
Harry shook his head. “No you weren’t mate. You did what you could.”

A few hours passed and Ginny woke to the sounds of her babies whimpering. Reaching for the nearest bassinet she whispered. “Hello little love, don’t fuss. Your mommy is here.” Holding the baby close to her she nuzzled the soft cheek and let the tears fall. “I’m sorry you never got to meet your uncle Draco. He died saving our lives you know.” She let out a heart wrenching sob relishing the solitude with the babies.
“We’ve met.” a familiar voice said from the corner of the room.
Ginny gasped as she turned to see Draco sitting in the corner of the room in a wheel chair.
“You! But Hermione…” Ginny was shaking and crying as she rocked her newborn son.
“I shouldn’t have made it, I was a goner but the healers worked a miracle.” Draco said with a half smile.
“actually you saved me… when I laid on top of you my mother stabbed me in the spine with a large piece of glass. When I passed out from shock you took my wand and apparated us, including the babies, to the hospital. I honestly don’t know where you found the strength after going through such a hard labor.” He said as he reached out and gently stroked the baby boy’s cheek.

“So then you’re ok?” Ginny asked as she looked at Draco with tears of happiness streaming down her face.
“well, no. I’ve lost the use of my legs. There was nothing that could be done. The nerve endings were severed… but I’m alive because of you Ginny.” He said when he saw her face fall.
“And we are alive because of you.” Ginny murmured gesturing to the children sleeping peacefully in the room.

“Hand me my grand-babies this instant!” Molly said with a big smile as she scooped up her grandson from Harry’s arms. Harry grinned. “You hold in your hands Mister Draco Caelin Potter.” Harry said with a grin.
“Draco huh? Sound’s like a trouble maker.” Molly said with a wink as she saw Ron pushing Draco’s wheelchair into the burrow’s living room.
“Don’t look at me Mrs. Weasly I wanted them to name him “Lucky” since he was the one with the chord around his neck.” Molly just smiled and kissed Draco on the forehead.
“No, this is the perfect name for him, he’ll be a hero. Just like his namesake.”

Ginny walked in carrying the two girls. “Mum I want you to meet Elisabeth Lily Potter, and Monique Malfoy Potter.” she smiled down at two girls, one with bright red hair, the other with jet black.

Taking all of the babies into her arms Molly smiled down at the three little blessings. “ Let me tell you a story that begins with your Dad saving the wizarding world… It started when he was just one year older than you…”

You made me cry ,G, and for that you shall be punished. Your lucky the tears were worth it.
