After a long hard day of hunting, and lessons, or even just a busy weekend, your dormitories will be your haven. It will be more than just your home away from home, and it is the place where you can come and relax after a long day or a late night. The four poster beds are surprisingly comfortable, and it's easy to get lost in the smooth red velvet covers. Should you want some privacy from your chatty dorm mates, feel free to close the hangings around you and lose yourself in sleep.
After all, every lion needs their rest and with the portraits watching of you - perhaps some evening serenading you to sleep - it is sure to be a sound sleep.

|  Year 3 Dorm 1- Anyone?
This was TERRIBLE. She felt like PUKING! Her geranium... she was hurt and it was all Daxton's fault. And that meant she was going to have to handle Daxton Prince later, which also made her feel terrible. UGH.
Holding her geranium tightly she was injured so she wasn't going to be biting anyone okay she made her way into her dorm and carefully sat on her bed, Lola clutched to her chest. She might even have been crying a little... not that she would ADMIT that. Nope. Dora Umbridge didn't cry and she didn't care what ANYONE thought of her. So ha! Just a girl hugging a plant, don't mind us!

Bec had been in her own dorm at 1.1 reading her Herbology book which meant looking at pictures of plants and flowers and was busy eating her gummy worms when she heard footsteps come up the stairs. The door to the dorm was open so she could see one of the older girls walking past her door while holding something in her arms.
Shutting the book close, Bec stood up from her bed and followed the girl. That...that wasn't meant as stalkerish by the way. She simply knew that she hadn't shared her gummy worms with that girl before. And there was no harm in getting to know her fellow Gryffindors right? At the third year dorms, so she was a third year? Bec noted this the first year Gryffindor knocked on the wood. "Hi! want some gummy worms?" she asked, not entering the room yet but stayed on the treshold.

Angel looked around the seventh year dorm, so this was it, the last year of school, she was shocked it had come by so fast but in other ways she couldn't wait until she was able to go out and about and travel the world looking for new plants. She was already searching for Universities that would help her achieve her goals. Now though she wanted to try and think of something for the school to remember her by but what to do that was the question.

I mean... she did like candy, but this was a moment of PURE DISTRESS! No she didn't want gummy worms. Turning to look at the, obviously younger, girl she frowned. Her eyes were rimmed with red and she just held her ailing plant tightly.
" No. Who are you?" She said with what she hoped wasn't a lot of venom. She wasn't mad at the girl. She was angry with Daxton Prince and was currently plotting ways to make his life miserable.

Bec wrinkled her nose and actually looked annoyed. What was up with them all refusing her offer of gummy worms?! Hogwarts housed the strangest kids ever because in the muggle world she would have a line behind her to give out candy.
However, her annoyance was short lived when she realized that the girl’s eyes were red and it was pretty obvious right now that she had been crying. “I’m Bec…” she answered her question and moved to the middle of the room and sat on the ground. “What happened?” she asked. No point in asking If she was okay because anyone who cried in their dorm wasn’t okay.
