What I know: A little mythology, gods and godesses, troy but not much more.
I did study Greece to years ago but not in depth.

Oh yah and I know a bout Plato, Socrates, Aristotle.

And finally, I knew a little about the alphabet but I have no clue what it has to do with Chemistry.

Oh and a question:
How are we suppose to type Greek letters with an English, French board, and also how will we learn the pronounciation?

I want you to know, I'm a little pumped!

You won't have to, I'll be writing the words with your alphabet so that you'll be able to say them.But I'll also write them in Greek just to take a look at them.That'll will help you with the pronounciation I guess but I could also mention the accents.

Now, it will be kinda hard to keep this pace coz I'll be gone for the week and well, generally, I'll only be here at the weekends but I hope we'll find a way to comtinue.

In Greece, hello is γεια (=gia.not exactly but I have no other way to explain it.The letter γ is something like y, when we say yes.do you get it?ok...)

Goodmorning is καλημέρα(=kalimera.Kali means good, mera means day or morning.the accent on the letter e.)

Goodnight is καληνύχτα(=kalinihta.Nihta means night...the h is announced like in the word horrible.the accent on the letter i.)

How are you? is τι κάνεις;(=ti kaneis or ti kanis.in Greece, i,oi and ei are all anounced as i most of the times.the accent is on the word a.)

Just tell me if you're getting these and ask me whatever you want.

And tell me what(words, phrases etc.) you'd like me to write.

Well, I was wondering if you could tell us what each letter is called (Alpha, Beta, Gamma) And What they most sound like with the english alphabet. It would be very helpful
