Gabby walked into the great hall and sat at her house table. She helped herself to breakfast.

Jade sat down at the slytherin house table she poured herself a goblet of pumpkin juice and downed it, she hadnt had a drink since that morning, she was parched.

Kloe walked over to the Slytherin table and sat down next to her friends Gabby and Jade. Kloe said, "Hi," to them and then she grabbed a soft sugar cookie and a glass of water. Her throught really hurt for some reason.

Audio woke up too early this morning. He was tired, sorta grumpy, and crazy hungry. He trudged over to the table and slid into a seat not too far from a few girls. He grabbed himself a muffin from one of the plates and started to rip pieces off and putting them in his mouth.

K walked into the great hall to get some dinner for she was so hungry after DADA she needed to eat.

Gabby looks up from her homework and sees Kloe standing there. Hey. Good night sleep? She helped herself to another sausage. Kloe, have you got any notes from the classes we've already had? I'm quite confused with the majority! Gabby laughed.

Audio looked around him, suddenly feeling a bit awkard.
He was the only one there that wasn't a kid.
He sighed and stuffed the rest of the muffin into his mouth.

Evan made his way to the Slytherin table. He was hungry! He quickly got every food in his reach to his plate, and once again realised that the food here was yummy. He needed to explore where the kitchen was someday. He owed a thank you for the house elves working there.

He ate, not thinking about the homework he had, but thinking about the results Chelsea had this season. They were doing like awesome-ish! He sighed again at the thought. It was unfair that he missed the whole season! But he was determined to go to a match in the august.

He looked through the table to shrug the unpleasant thought. There were only firsties, and a much older guy. It was quite silent. 'Odd,' he thought. 'There're many Slythies in the school, but a few of them are hungry...' He shrugged, and started to think about his visit to Prof. Lawson. How would it be? What would Evan say? He had a couple of questions in mind... he hoped the professor wouldn't dismiss him from his office.

He looked over as a boy approached the table. Still young, but at least it was a guy. When the kid started to spaz out and grab a bunch of food, Audio raised an eyebrow but laughed a bit. "Hungry?" he asked, sarcasm lacing his voice.

Evan looked up to see the big guy talking to him. He smiled after swallowing. "Yeah, pretty much." Obviously. The guy seemed to be finished as he ate nothing, so Evan didn't know what else to say. It'd sound awkward introducing himself. He wanted to say something else, but he wasn't inspired today. Let the guy go on if he wanted to.

He smiled slightly back to him before grabbing a goblet of pumpkin juice and drinking a bit, he looked over to him after a moment- wanting to say more, but he wasn't that good a socializing.
When he was about to say something, owls started to fly in from the enchanted ceiling. His owl, which wasn't the brightest, dropped Audio's subscription to the Daily Prophet right on the kids plate.
"Oh.. dang." he laughed a bit, "I'm sorry about that."

Oh, so that was it? Evan chewed his bread uneasily. He didn't like it when he wanted to go on chatting, but had nothing to say. He avoided eye contact, that'd be even more awkward, those uneasy, polite, horrible little smiles... Maybe he should ask him if he was interested in any sport? He was about to ask something when owls started to bring their posts. He looked up and watched them, he always loved the scene. He saw a bird flying towards them, probably the kid's owl, when it dropped something onto his plate. He quickly backed off, and almost fell off his chair with the force of throwing himself. A bird. Flying. Too. Close. Unbearable. Luckily it didn't land or anything. If it had, Evan'd have left without a word but scream.

Straightening up himself a bit, he looked at the guy. Why was it so normal amongst wizards? Was it only Evan who hated birdy stuff? He tried to laugh and sound normal, but he failed. His laughter was way too high and crazy. "It's okay..." It was not.

He took the paper from his plate and raised an eyebrow slighlty, "What- are you like... scared of birds or something?" he asked with a short laugh, brushing off some crumbs from his paper before reaching in his pocket and grabbing a knut to pay the bird.

Evan nodded. "Any animal actually." He'd have explained further, but he felt this guy wouldn't listen to his explainations. So, to change the subject he asked "Anything new on the newspaper?" He was still eyeing the bird. It was an animal, it wouldn't understand any command, and was really tempted to attack.

Grace came into the Great Hall and went to the Slytherin housetable. She knew that she was a little bit late but she couldn't find her second shoe.
She glanced at the table but when she couldn't see one of her friends she sat down and began to have her breakfast.

Hungry! Hungry! Starving! As usual. In a great hope of finding many meat dishes Josh threw himself into the Great Hall right after a fatally boring class. He was about to run to the Gryffindor table when he overheard a voice he knew : Evan. Placing a wide grin on his face he made his way towards the Slytherin table took one of the red-yellow peeps Rose gave him and threw it at the second year Slytherin boy. ''Catch it or you shall dieeeeeeeee!'' he shouted out laughing.

Evelyn figured Josh was really hungry since he practically ran to the Great Hall. Upon entering though, she saw him throw one of the red and yellow peeps that she accidentally created. 'Well, they're useful for something now i guess. Don't even know if they're edible.' Which of course, she forgot to mention to Josh. 'You'd probably turn red and yellow if you ate it.' she thought, laughing quietly as she sat down at an empty seat at the Slytherin table.

Evan was so into his meal that he didn't see Joshua walking in, and throwing something at him. He snapped his head up when he heard his voice, and then saw something fly to him. He gasped out loud and as an instict, he raised his both hands to blow it away from his face. Some of it dirtied his hands, while the rest fell to his plate. With a disgusted face, he looked what it was, it felt like marshmellow, but it was red-yellow. He wanted to sniff it, but feeling Joshua's eyes on his back he didn't, it'd look too funny. Instead he glowered at the subject, Joshua. How merry days he had without this dork! "What?" he snapped. He had lost his good mood with this attack. He reached for some napkins, and cursed a bit audibly. He then looked at the Slytherin table to see who might have heard, and saw his girlfriend was here too. Great. Just great!

Josh roared with laughter at Evan's sight. ''Mr Blond does not like marshmellow?'' he walked close to him and saw Rose sitting a little bit away from them on the Slytherin table. The cheerful Gryffindor waved at his friend ''Hiya again sweet!'' and jumped on the seat near Evan. It was fun to see his angry face. ''Juss wanted to say 'hi' matey'' he took a fork and started to play with it ''Wanna eat this instead of the peep?''

Nataly skipped into the great hall. She was singing on the top o her lungs.
"Pumpkin juice and Pudding, chicken and sasuges! Yum yum yum! Hiiiii-yaa!"
Yes she was definatly sugar highed. But can you blame her? After she turned her peep into a huge, colorful lollipop in Transiguration and then ate it with joy, it wasn't a wonder she was acting crazy.
She flopped into a seat at the Slytherin house table near some students she didn't know.

Evelyn waved back slightly, giving him and the boy next to him, 'Evan, i think.', a small smile.

Hearing someone yelling, 'Or is that supposed to be singing?', Evelyn looked over to the entrance to find someone skipping towards the table. She had seen this girl in Transfiguration, but only a glance, not really paying attention to her. She was definitely on a sugar rush. 'Maybe ate too many peeps?' she thought, trying to scoot a little away unnoticed.

Evan's expression turned into a pure hatred when Joshua laughed. The methods of killing Joshua torturing flashed trough his mind. This boy should be banned from Evan's area. They shouldn't get close no more than five meters. Or one of them tended to punch the other, and that one was usually Evan. Right now, if it wasn't for the two nearby girls, he would have punched, and then got detention.

He closed his eyes and tried to control himself, his nostrils shaking with fury with each breath. Usually he wasn't this angry, but something in Joshua triggered him, and he was sure this had much to do with the bird attack earlier. He decided not to answer as seeing Joshy's attention was already on the girl called Rose. He had had enough of interrupting sweethearts, he would not get himself into it again. Just when he wanted to say goodbye and leave, Joshy sat next to him. How a wonderful way to start a day! First birds, now devil himself! Would it save him if he smacked Joshua and then claim that he didn't? Damm, he didn't have a twin in some other house to blame. He decided to put a smile on his face but he failed. He just glared at him when he said his only intention was to say hi! 'Eat my ...' he thought to himself before asking "Since when are we 'matey', Carter?" coldly. He hoped his clear message of "leave me alone!" would reach to Joshy with his emphasize on his surname. Yes, from now on, he'd go on surname basis, because he didn't want to be close to him even in his language.

He didn't see Rose's smile because of watching Josh closely when he grabbed the fork. Was he that mad to stab him?! Evan's left eyebrow raised automatically, eyes full of suspicion, fury and hatred. He too was surprised that he could feel all those negative feelings at the same time. "No thank you." was enough to this kid.

Violet came in the great hall she was so hungrey she didn't eat since the hogwarts express! She sat down next to Evelyn and put food on her plate and shoved it in her mouth " Oh hi" said Violet with her mouth filled with food "sorry i'm so hungrey i didn't eat since the hogwarts expess" said Violet

''At least some people are enjoying themselves!'' Josh said before Evan as he watched the newly comer and Rose. He pointed the other Slytherin girl to Evan, considering Rose he went on ''Looks like only female snakes know how to be happy...'' he smirked at the girls and shouted out ''I'M HUNGRY TOO!'' right after that he turned to Evan grabbed his plate and ate everything in it as fast as a werewolf including the bewitched red/yellow glowing peep.

As Evan set furious eyes, eyes looking like a murderer staring his victim, at Joshua, the latter slowly approached a hand with his grin and took his handkerchief cleaning his mouth with it. ''Than you that was a nice...Wha-...'' Josh stared at his face weirdly like he'd just said something like that he was an alien and the fork thudded on the table. ''Are not we 'matey' you'r too harsh on me'' he pretended to cry way too exaggerating it ''Booohooo!!! I'm sooo heartbroken!! Somebody save me! Save me! Save me from the utmost pain inside!!!'' he jumped on his feet and looked at Evan with an expression of somebody who'd suffered a hundred years' pain.
