Hmm, good question. I don't think they'd have a long-term Spell Damage ward... they'd AK anyone not fit to be a worthy part of their society. They usually make sure nobody survives an attack. So...

They would probably throw a lot of time and effort into researching how to avoid making Squibs within magical families. Something akin to DNA testing in prenatal care to witches. Maybe develop a potion that would enhance the probability of giving birth to magical babies?

I think we could plan on this making the America's Funniest Home Videos. I mean I could see the day ending with a bed pan on Goyle's head you know. Sure these are dangerous people, but many of them aren't that smart So this is more funny than dangerous to me.

I do think Bella and Lucius would be the more serious out of all of them. They might work on how to keep magical blood from being polluted by muggleness and things like that.

I think they'd try to create some way to genetically alter werewolves to have control over the werewolves change when it wasn't the full moon. That would give them a huge advantage. Maybe they might even have succeeded.

I think they'd be all serious. With the Dark Lord as their leader, they would probably devote their time to treating the pure blood families and find a way to ensure the continuance of their race without mixing with Muggle blood.

I have to agree with Tommy, some of them are daft as some are serious. The not-so-smart ones will probably end up with all the actual work that goes on in a hospital; caring for the sick and so on. While the more deadly ones will focus on how to improve their stance in the Wizarding World medically.
