I can't quite remember who chose this topic, but it's our next up so have fun!

In the final battle would you have stayed in the castle to help fight or would you have fled?

If I was in Slytherin and believed in the Dark Lord I would have fled like the others, or maybe even volunteer to fight alongside the Death Eaters.


But unfortunately, I am a Gryffindor, so I would definitely have stayed and fighted against the Death Eaters and the Dark Lord! I would have wanted to be a part of history.

Let me be perfectly honest and admit that I would have fled! I am definitely not a fighter!

I am a total scrapper I would have stayed and fought to the death with any and everyone. I've been in more trouble than I care to remember for fighting in school. I don't do that anymore but I am a fighter and I would never back down.

I'd love to say that I'd be really brave and stay to fight, but I think it's one of those easier said than done situations. I doubt that I would have stayed, I'm a total wimp. I mean, people were dying! Unless of course, if I were like Tonks and had a loved one insistent on fighting, then I'd probably stay. It would kill me to know my loved one was there risking his life if I wasn't.

See I've never ran from a fight, never backed down. I've even been the instigator for fights. This is why I was voted most like to beat up a cop in high school So I would have stayed just for the fight, but i certainly would have fought if a loved one was in there.

I mean the whole reason for being a Death Eater was because you wanted to fight the status quo so if I had seen some of my fellow death eaters running from a fight I would have AKed them myself. I mean 17 year old kids tougher an adult thats been a DE for years! Come on!

If I was a die hard Slytherin (I mean, Dark Lord supporter), I would definitely stay back and fight, teachers wouldn't hurt the students, so it would have been safe. Like Draco, Crabbe & Goyle had done. If I had believed that the Dark Lord would be victorious, I definitely would want a hand in that. Maybe even try and capture Harry myself.

as i'm not like Draco or the death eaters and stuff i'd probably stay behind and fight for the good side guys because i do things when people tell me too most often and wouldn't feel good about myself if i just left everyone else to fight and risk their lives especially if there was someone i cared about fighting in the battle.

Okay, if I were a Death Eater in the first place, it would only be because I was seriously demented and entranced by the power of those dark chocolate cookies I really believed in the cause.

Ergo (isn't that a fun word? ) I would have stayed and fought for what I believed in. What's the point of devoting your whole life to a cause if you're just going to let go and flee when it comes to the conflict? Even if the denouement ends in certain death via battle, it would be an honorable death.
