Lilly-Ann Newbert | Hermy just screams at Ron when he and Harry are going up the stairs. She slomps down and takes her shoe off. That was a great scene and it was funny during filming...I went to visit Katie Leung (my cousin) and I started to laugh histarically because each time the scene started over, Rupert and Dan made all these funny faces with Emma. |

Afterwards when Hermione was screaming at Ron in that horrible, horrible pink, ruffly dress was brilliant. I really gained respect for Emma Watson there. It was a brilliant scene, I felt sorry for Hermione and felt like bashing Ron for being so bloody thick-headed! |

| -angry face- They weren't wearing dress robes! What was with that?! The girls were wearing dresses or sarais or whatever...And the guys were wearing long tuxedo things. Why couldn't they get a simple thing like that right?! ...
Hermione's hair was supposed to be straight, but no they felt like changing that too.
I thought the Weird Sisters were girls...?!? O_O Were they guys in the movie, or was it just me?
What happened to eating dinner first? They just started to dance!

| The gals looked lovely and the guys looked dashing, it was supposed to add that touch of romance for the movie. It was really sweet. It wasn't exactly like the book, but I'm satisfied with how it turned out. It looked like the cast had so much fun. Oh and the R/Hr moment was just a plus for us shippers. |

| Other than the fact that they all looked so good (Katie and Dan especially), I was a bit disappointed with the Yule Ball scene. I had a bit of a problem with a punk rock band at a formal school dance. And the opening dance was nice, but not as "pretty" as I imagined it.
I did like Hermione's Cinderella-like entrance. It was cute when Parvati said "She looks beautiful!" and Harry said "Yes, she does" -- only to discover that he's talking about Cho and she's talking about Hermione. I really felt bad for the poor Patil sisters, being stuck with dates who spent the whole night wishing they could have been with other girls. And I absolutely loved Cho's and the Patils' traditional ethnic costumes. |

| the ethnic costumes, o, i thought that was overdoing it a bit, but oh well. it was awsome nonetheless. LOVED the weird sisters. i cracked up when they started playing (hope i'm not the only one who thinks they're guys) and got dip n dots thrown at me... ah well, it was great. the orders being thrown by hermione afterword ("both of you go to bed"... or whatever it was) were a bit much, but the more i think of it, it kind of shows that when she loses control or her emotions kick in, she kind of goes into mother mode... or maybe i'm reading too much into it. ne way, it was awsome, the great hall looked AMAZING and, well, yup. i guess that's about it. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Serilda Katherine Calligahan Fifth | I thought it was really enjoyable although it was way to short. Hermione was brilliant although she seemed, because of the cutting, to be overreacting; I wish they had left more of Ron and Hermione's fighting in the film so we can see more of what it was that set Hermione off on Ron like that. Ron was very good at being cruel and sad, Krum was utterally romantic and hot, Cedric (even though he had a very small part in this scene) was great and very charming, Cho was beautiful, Fleur was gorgeous, the Patils were fantastic and pretty, Harry was cute and depressed, Neville was fabulous and Ginny was adorable. I wish they had more of it because this was the scene where all the kids start seeing the opposite gender as a new opprotunity. I loved the props, the dancing, the set, the music, the romance, the fights, the jealousy, the costumes... |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Eunice Murray Fifth | I liked it. The atmosphere was nice and I loved how Hermione acted when she was with Krum. Perfect. It protrayed the tension between her and Ron very well though.
I wanted to see Draco with Pansy. I caught a small glimpse of him, but that was it. The music change from traditional to rocking out was somewhat odd, but cool nonetheless. Like, you have to have some of that youth culture in there. |

| I wondered about the dress robes too, but then if they followed what was on the book, it would have been weird. (Harry wearing green dress robes? ummm...) Anyway, I thought that the guys wearing mostly black suits was okay...even hot, with the distinct exception of Ron's "traditional" suit...that was hilarious I could have chosen a better dress for Hermione (love her shoes though), but in general I loved what everyone was wearing. | They're guys. It says so in HBP, you know, that 'hairy' bassist from the Weird Sisters.
I'm pretty pleased with the way they set this up, I just wish they included that elaborate dance scene with Neville and Ginny! |

| I did like the scene, I thought the girls looked beautiful, especially Fleur, wow, she was soooo gorgeous. But for some strange reason I didn't like the choreography of the dance....I mean, switching hands all the time, it looked really messy, I did like the lifts, but it wasn't natural at all....so that was a bit sad, but other than that....I really like the Weird Sisters, they looked amazing.... |

| Fleur, Hermione, Ginny were amazing. I liked them. The Yule ball scene was too long. I think they could cut some of it and put more lines to any character or to save it for Voldemort, Harry's scene. The Yule ball wasn't very important in the book but only to show some thing will happen between Ron and Hermione. They made their fight great. I like it. |

| Ah yes, how I reminisce about the Yule Ball. At first, It was waltzing, then the next thing you know, let's rock! I guess it came natural for Emma doing dancing to the Weird Sisters, but as everyone knows, that is not the same for waltzing. Then after the Yule Ball was excellent. It seemed like Hermy was ready to hit Ron. I would have done a Malfoy punch to Ron if I were her, If you know what i mean. |

Mike Newell did an outstanding job, it was a short part of the film, but it was very nicely portrayed on screen. The cast was fabulous. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Garret Crocker Second Year | the yule ball scene was really cute, i liked the overall feel of it. the boys did a very good "angry and frustrated" bit. the only thing i was dissapointed with is the colour of the dress. yes,i know, its the whole "sleeping beauty" argument all over again, but it just gets to me! |
