No i found POA was rushed far to much for my liking!

GOF was fine badly edited in parts and jumped a bit especialy in the begining! but still the best HP film so far

It was rushed! First I saw Hermione wake up and then suddenly they were at the Cup. What happened? I still think the movie was pretty good.

The beginning seemed very rushed to me, I mean they cut a lot of stuff from the beginning like the Dursleys!!!! I miss that scene!!!!

yes i think it was rushed. i think they could have put a few extra scenes in there like actully seeing the quiddtich world cup, well a bit of it anyway to see how good krum was!!!, and seeing winky!!!she's important!!! i mean yeh it would be like 3 and a half hours long but i'm sure we would have sat and watched it without complaint!!!!!!!! all we would have needed is a huge bowl of popcorn and were ready to go!!!lol

Yer i did think it was rushed wen it got to the Worl Cup i was realy looking forward to seeing that and then i blinked and it was over. it realy annoys me wen they cut bit out like wen we find out Rita Skeeter is a beetle that never happend and it play a big part in the next movie. however it was still good!!

I think that it was rushed, the part when Harry gave Fred & George the money is how they start their shop and you only saw Sirius once through the movie and the list goes on, but it was a great movie still.

A bit rushed because they skipped a lot of scenes from the book. One minute we are here then we are over there.

Totally agree it kinda rushed through the entire first half of the book so it could slow down in the crucial second half. I also agree with the guy 2 above this. Scenes have to be cut. It happens in every movie based on books.

Yes, very much so..
Half the book was omitted, vital information was left out and i was so disappointed and angry i reread the book to see how and what exactly was left out.14 chapters were omitted more or less, half the book.
I think they paid too much attention on the visual effects and let go of the plot completely. They could have added 30' to the film to fill the plot gaps.
I think they depended on the fans to have read the book in order to understand what is going on.
My husband who has seen the films but hadn't read the books couldn't follow the plot from the Prizoner to the Goblet. I think the previous three were better linked. I wonder if they'll try to link the Goblet with the Order at all. It'll be hard if the new director is willing to follow the books. I think he'll have to improvise.
I did find the actors more mature, they did their best i think, and i was pleased with Voldemort's impersonation.

Books 4, 5 and 6 could have easily be made into 5 or 6 movies (2 each) but I guess they want to keep it to one per book.

of course GoF was rushed! I mean there was like nothing between the first and second tasks! I mean, yeah, I liked the stuff they added in, but there was still some key stuff they left out! Could've used that for transition people!

Yes. I saw the movie before I read the book & I could tell important stuff was missing. The movie did jump around. Most of it was flimed really dark.

I wasn't sure if I even liked the movie after I saw it for the first time. It was just so different. I know the movies can't have everything the books contain but it didn't fit together as well as the others movies.

Now that I've read the book & watch the movie a few more time I do like it better. I think reading the book gave me a better understanding of what was going on.
