I'm not sure which topic to post this in, so I just made a new thread.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Ron and Harry fall out, but do you reckon they'd include it? Afterall, in PoA they filmed Harry, Ron and Hermione having a fight and then cut it. I wonder how they'd do it? Hey, maybe that's where the picture of Ron looking sad on that bed comes from!

That's where we assumed the pic comes from. I personally hope they'll leave it in since it'll be a long-awaited chance to see both Daniel and Rupert (but especially Rupert) have meatier scenes, emotionally.

^ Yeah, I'd really like to see Rupert being stressy. All he ever seems to do is pull stupid faces.

I'd also like to see Hermione be left out by Ron and Harry like she is in the books. In the movies it's always the trio, but in the books it's like Ron and Harry messing around and Hermione being bookwormy.

The PoA 'fight scene' was cut because it wasn't in the books.

But, the R/H one is dominantly featured in GoF. Besides, Kloves never misses a chance to make Ron look bad and this is the one time the books genuinely have him looking bad, I don't see why he'd pass that chance up.

Lol, not that we're are bias now Emma! I am sure if Mr Kloves came on SS he would be quiet hurt by some of the things we say.
But it's true, Ron will turn out like an absolute stubborn prat, just like Ginny will be in OotP.

I couldn't give two hoots what he thinks. LOL And we all know he didn't choose to leave HP - he was sacked! lol

That said, I swear I must be the only one who doesn't think Ron looked bad with the Harry/Ron fight (especially when Hermione explains where Ron is coming from) and the R/Hr fight because jealousy! It does things to people. lol

that scene will be bad... *sigh* It will be sad but hey! who cares more about Cho than about Harry and Ron and htier sily fight? Oh yea! I DO! Harry's crush on Cho is much more important and when she dumps him its even better Ok lets get back to the topic. The scene has to be on the movie. But Marcella_Riddle made a thread with the pic of Ron in the bed and it just can be the fight they had. Ron was too hard on Harry

To Harry, he looked bad because Harry couldn't understand him. I feel sorry for Ron and I don't think he was intentionally mean, he just got sick and tired of being the sidekick and the only one in his family who didn't have anything in particular going for them. *pets Ron* With his flaws, I find him alot more likable than Harry.

Well, yeah, but aside from Harry. lol And I agree, Ron's more enjoyable to me than Harry. Especially after OotP.

I think they will keep it in coz its sort of a prelude of what is to come io OOTP, Harry is getting older and is standing up for himself and becoming more (and sometimes slightly too much) argumentative. Plus its quite a vital piece involving Ron as it shows another side of him, his struggle to cope with not only being over-shadowed by all his brothers but now his best friend too.

It was petty in GOF, in OOTP it was more pointful, and I accepted it to be more of a main friendship flaw.
But I like both of them equally, I dont know as whether the scene in the movie will play along part, but they will probably include it for the sake of it.

^ It was on the back of one of the trading cards. They filmed a scene where thry fought before they go to see Hagrid and hear what happened at the Buckbeak trial. Ron said something rather un-Ronlike in the scene, something about how a kid could die being Harry's best friend.

The fact that it was OOC is probably why it was cut. Mind you, they don't seem that bothered with distorting Ron's character *pokes them*

i particulary rnt very excited 4 the fight scene in the movie. it got me down while readin that part of the book so i aint that happy for wen it happens in the movie. one of my favorite scenes in the movie will probably wen the make up! O

Yeah i think you're right with that, i'm just hoping that they do it right and don't make ron out to be a complete (at the moment i can't think of a word that wouldn't get me shouted at so i'll edit when i think of one ) because he had his reasons for doing what he did. No one likes playing second fiddle to one of their friends no matter how close they are.

^ yes that is a VERY good reason that they should keep the fight scene in there. I mean, they have to! It's a big part in the book!

THROW THE PIN AT RONS HEAD!!!!!!!! sorry I really really want Harry to throw the pin at Ron's head for some odd reason. I love Ron, but I just want to see that pin thrown on his head. lol

I rekon they should enclude the scene but not make ron look like a jealous stubborn ... boy(couldnt think of another word).

I think they should add a tinge of jealousy. I cant wait to see this.... I want Harry/Dan to chuck the pin at Ron/Rupert, lol.... I think that'll be hilarious. I just hope they keep the majority of the things in.... I'll be mad if they dont.
