| same here.
I pictured her as stunningly pretty cos she's part veela.
But the actress who'll portray her isnt bad at all.
She's pretty too but not stunningly, judging by the photos. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: William Quinn Third | Well we've only seen pictures of her during the tasks. Her appearance during the Triwizard Tournament is a bit more practical. I'm sure she'll look every bit as stunning in the Yule Ball and other scenes, that don't have her about to tackle a dragon or a grindylow. |

In the pictures she doesn't look at all as I imagined, though she may look prettier at the Yule Ball or at the moments not during the tasks... I think we'll see her in the theatrical trailer, so I'll leave my decision till then |

| The actress is far away from the description Rowling gave Fleur in the novels..The actress wasn't that beauty that Fleur should be..The same way with Cho |

| Yes that it very true. Although Fleur may be somewhat pretty, I always pictured her to stunningly beautiful. I don't know how pretty they'd make the veela though. I'll just have to see if she gives justice in the films to Fleur. |

You can't pass judgements on a handful of pictures taken during tasks. Of course she won't be stunning then; people need to remember long hair is impractical for running, swimming, fighting a dragon etc ...
Obviously WB want to keep her Yule Ball thing a secret so when we see her it'll be WOW. Though I'm unsure as to why they showed Hermione so early on in the build-up.
Still, even in the tasks shots (especially the hi-res ones) it's quite evident that Clemence is stunningly beautiful. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Ion First | I totally agree with both Dean_Thomas and Marcella_Riddle. We have only seen a picture of her with Dumbledore and she looks scared; the one in the maze, which she looks scared; and the one that shows them all (which I think its before the first task since they have all the school colors). Like Marcella_Riddle said we still didn't see her in the Yule Ball. Fleur is part veela not 100%. |

Just look at her face, I don't think the face will change when she is in a Yule ball or in a task ..May be her hair..he clothes.. No, Fleur is more beauty than her.. |

| Well of course because in that film she wasn't Fleur. I'd like to know what some people see as beauty because to me it's indefinible. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: William Quinn Third | ^I agree. Perhaps they are going by the glamour magazine definition of beauty. Even though I said that Fleur was in her Triwizard garb that didn't mean I thought she wasn't attractive. Far from it. When I saw that picture I was about to jump into the screen...that was before Hermione well...that point is. You can't satisfy everyone. That's why there is no one man or woman that everyone finds attractive. It's preference, and I think Clemence is fine. |

| Apart from the movie, I see the actress her self is beautiful. She is really very nice...but Fleur was more beautiful than her and I want the characters chosen in the movie to be like who in the novels. I know that it could be impossible some times but That's I think every one's wish...I look to the face of the actress.Fleur face is more adorable. That's all. May be the actress could act the role correctly as Fleur and I'll be happy for that but I would be much happy if the look also being fit with what Rowling said. I want the both ( act and lookness )

Hogwarts RPG Name: Marcella Riddle Graduated | What would make her more adorable? She's got a great complexion, gorgeous eyes, a discreet slim nose, cute cheekbones and facial structure. I really don't see what else there could be. Quote: |

I saw many girls that are beautiful than her and look like Fleur. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Marcella Riddle Graduated | I don't think you can compare two people because neither are the same. I'd struggle to think of someone prettier than her, who is French. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder though. |

| I saw some french movies ( of course there was a translation ) and beside, in the Egyptian museum ( which I often go to ) I saw french tourists who were very pretty as I prevent myself to ask her to play the role of Fleur. Of course you have your opinion which I respect and The Beauty, people saw it different . You see this actress fit for Fleur and I don't ..I mean the lookness not the act..I hope she acts the role well. |

| You all shouldn't be judging the girl who is portraying Fleur before you see her act i'm sure shes going to be brilliant as all the cast of Harry Potter are amazing. |

there's a picture of her (on the left, if you didn't figure it out. ha. ha.)
I didn't really picture her like that, but I didn't picture any of the characters as how they look in the movies. And, i'm not sure that's a good picture to judge by, like Dean_thomas said...
But she's still very pretty, anyhow. |

| yeah, i agree, i imagined her to be just gorgeous. the one they casted is just pretty to me, but yeah, those were in the tournament. but i don't think she would be my first choice. i hope my opinion will change once i see her in the movie, right now, im not so happy. im sure that she'll be a good actress though, she is experienced isnt she? besides, the casting crew did a good job so far! |
