oh no, winky is one of the things i've been looking forward to, a female house-elf! hmmm... a sad thing to happen, so that's why neville got the part of helping harry for the 2nd task by giving him the gillweed, i don't like the idea of changing the plot in the book, but its better though to have a movie than none, wish we can see dobby again in the bigscreen | |

when i started this thread i was really annoyed that Dobby and winky were cut from the film, however after watching all the clips and trailers i think the cut was a good idea. There are so mant special effects already with out adding two house elves...
Also COS was the worst book and film for me...but what makes it special is Dobby!! so maybe just keep dobby confined to that film to keep it special!!!! | |

to be honest when i wtched the clips and the trailers a actually forgot about Dobby and Winky......so i suppose it wasn't a bad thing to cut them out if you don't really miss them!! | |

But they're an essential part of the story (To my oppinion then...  )
I can't believe they'd do something like this...

how can you say that winky isn't important in the books? even though she goes to seen nearing the end..how does barty crouch jr get out of the camp? and in the Top Box..she's accompanying him..for him to steal the wand..and conjure the dark mark. it's silly! okay..if neville is the one who gives harry the gillyweed then it's not as bad as hermione giving it to him. her movie charrie annoys me to no end.
