| The Best of the Series?
Who here thinks Goblet of Fire is the greatest movie so far? I personally, loved it more than any other. It was really great. As soon as I finished watching it, my words were "That was REALLY RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME!" No joke. Just another place to review...so review it....now.
My Review:
Greatest Potter movie so far. It was totally awesome. Everything was superbly done. It was extremely exciting and deliciously emotional. Every scene had an air of drama to it.
The graveyard scene was my favorite. It was so intense. Just the figure of a dead Cedric on the grass made me want to scream. Voldemort was terrifying. I loved his voice; it was smooth, silky. All was exactly how I expected it.
When they got back to the castle grounds, it was just totally breathtaking. I seriously almost cried when I heard Amos shout like that. It was so horrible. Harry crying was even worse. I love movies that make me feel frustrated, and that was how I felt when Moody lagged Harry away to his office. He was so helpless. I wanted to jump through the screen and kick some Crouch Jr. backside!
Now it's your turn.

I just saw the movie and I really loved it!!!!!! I think that they stayed as close to the book as they could. You just have to realize that the books and movies are VERY different things, so you cant really compare them. There were some really funny parts in the movie, it made me laugh a lot! Sometime I got just a little bit lost in the story line, even though I had read the book many times. The special effects were amazing and the music was brilliant. I thought that they could have emphisized the maze scene more. Its all scary, but there isnt even really anything IN it, just the bushes attacking... I wish there were creatures of some sort. Never-the-less, the graveyard scene was GREAT. Daniel WAY exceded my expectations. He is definatly a wonderful actor. Voldemort was freeky, but I thought his voice was just a little too jolly...it could have been more, bone-chilling. But the best part for me was after the maze. Daniels acting was just amazing, he made me cry. Overall, best movie yet, but NOTHING can compare to the books |

I mostly cried because it seemed so real and sad when the characters died! I thought it was sort of strange when Ron asked, "Do you ever think we would have just a normal year at Hogwarts?" I mean, come on 1st year would have answered that!

Emma played a perfect Hermione. She was great if not the best of the trio in GoF. I think this is the best of the series. SS is a distant second.

O_o Actually, I thought it was the worst of the series, which really puts me in the minority, I see. I really couldn't stand the way the scriptwriters made Ron look. I mean, seriously, have they even read the book, or are they reading H/Hr, Ron-bashing fanfics? He was weedy, weak, and whiny. NOT the Ron we know and love. And the whole thing was drastically changed! No Karkaroff, no Winky... important things like that - it seems like Dobby, once gone, will never appear again. We don't get to see Hermione's obsessive side with SPEW, and the script-writer apparently saw it fit to leave out great whacking bits of dialouge that showcase how much Harry is dependent on Ron, and added, to make up the loss, sweet, lovely, lingering scenes of Harry and Hermione.
GAH!

I loved it!!! Its not my fav in the series but still...i loved ron he made me laugh. also the whole cedric dying thing made me tear up! even before he went in the maze!
But...they skipped SO much!!! The whole world quidditch match, and they made it look like it was Harry's idea to use accio but it wasn't...ugh. it was good, they just needed to add some of the other stuff in, then it would be great! thats basically my point...

I think the movie was great! Although they skipped a lot of scenes, the overall effect was amazing! I personally liked the graveyard scene because it was really creepy and convincing.

Yeah I do agree with everyone, the DID skip a lot of scenes, but I mean honestly, what are they supposto do?! That was a long book! And no matter how much they wanted to, they probably would not have been able to fit all in. And all the things that WERE in the movie, they probably couldnt have dont with out, dont you agree?

i dont think the fourth was my favorite. they left out too much information. but i loved how filch ran up the aisle in the great hall and i thought it was funny how mad-eye moody made that face to professor mcgonagall after she turned around. i especially liked seeing draco in the black tux. he was soo hot in it.

I saw the movie twice! And it would have been even more awsome if my friend didnt wolf whistle at Hermione at the Yule ball the first time I saw it. And it was starting to get on my nerves when I saw it the second time when he did it again at Ron and Mcgonnagle and I wasnt even with him when I saw it twice!
