The house isn't owned by anybody in the Riddle family. It states that a rich owner lives in town, which means that a stranger snapped up the place (probably for a cheap price, seeing as the previous owners died in that house), and it has stood vacant for many years because of those deaths. The caretaker, Frank, dies in that house as well, on account of Voldemort.

When I read it I felt it was just a wealthy muggle looking to save so money on taxes, and the mansion must have been extremely cheap because of the Riddles' death and the condition it was in. I don't feel the owner has any connection to the wizarding world.

The book says:

"The wealthy man who owned the Riddle House these days neither lived there nor put it to any use; they said in the village that he kept it for 'tax reasons'."

I think the wealthy man took over the house after the Riddles died.

It is probably just rented out by some rich muggle, Voaldemort hates that side of his family and everything ti do with them so he probably does not want to have anything to do with their house.

i still think it was voldemorts parents house because his real name is tom riddle and so its called the riddle house it seems plausable that it is his parents house.
