I think the Weasleys in the Dursleys' fireplace scene should have made the cut, as well as Harry giving Fred and George the prize money. I also think the House Elf scenes should have made it into the movie as well, like Winky and Dobby working at Hogwarts, and Hermione's SPEW project.

the weasleys was my fav part but all of it, i would have happily sat there for hours if they had added everything
