Krums nose was supposed to look like it was broke and big. Fluer was supposed to be dro-dead beautiful, Mad-Eye was way different.

Fleur was the least like i had pictured her. im not saying that the actress who played her wasnt pretty but i imagined Fleur to be alot prettier(after all she is half vellor which never realy came out in the film) with realy blonde hair that was loose, in the film it was in a pony. she describe in the book as being 'stunning'

Fluer,definitely Krum and Cho.I thought Mad-Eye Moody would be so different!

The first character that comes in my mind is Cho. Actually i saw a drawing in the fan art section with Harry and Cho, and that particular Cho looks like exactly the way i had pictured her in the books.
Fleur is also not the way i thought she would be, but since the magic of Veela isn't even mentioned in the film, she loses that implied magnetism she was supposed to have. I think that the specific actress they chose, could have played her role more veela-like, or her make-up could have been different if they were interested in following the book.

Fluer,Cho and Viktor....>>>because their appearance are not exactly the same as the character in the books...but I like their acting though/..

I think Harry's shag looks hot, Cedric Im sorry I just thought he would be more handsome than Harry. Viktor looks to old, Fleur wasn't how I expected, I do still see Hermione with bushy,frizzy hair, Harry,Ron,Malfoy,Neville,and the rest look exactly how I expected. I just still don't like Michael Gambon playing Dumbledore.

Hm...I don't know. I don't really have a character who didn't look the way I imagined them to look. I think they were all cast as well as they could be.

I think fleur. Because she hardly spoke in the film whereas she spoke a lot in the book, and her hair was supposed to be silvery blonde, but it was blondie brown. And also, weren't the boys supposed to goggle at her every time she walked passed them? The only person who did goggle was ron. And lastly, how come there was nothing in the film about her and Charlie? I know there wasn't that much about them meeting in the book, but the weasleys weren't even there to watch the tasks, where they where supposed to be in the book.
