Although, to be fair, we never even see the kiss in OotP so chances are, Katie and Dan won't kiss. It'll probably show them leaning in to but never actually doing it on camera but that's the way it's done in the book. Plus it'll save the actors a lot of needless embarassment.

katie's a cute girl, but not really like I imagine Cho to be and it's a big question upon how she would be in the movie.

Katie is not like Cho at all. Cho is very pretty..May be Katie will be a good actress...But she is not pretty as Cho.

oh gosh, are we all back to bashing poor katie? okay, i've only seen a few pictures of her, and i don't think she is that pretty, typical asain girl i think. but still, no reason we all have to say that she was just paid to get the role. believe me the WB isn't that desperate. if so, the movies would be horrible, and i don't think that is the case. we all have to wait until we see her actually act, and if she's horrible, go ahead and say all those mean things i've heard everyone say, if not, ha, now we all know that she wasn't paid to get it. seriously, lets all be kind people and let the girl act first and not judge her by a couple of pictures we saw on the internet.

Actually, I can't wait to see how she fares in the movies. Don't think I'll love her... will she be able to get along with the rest of the cast?Daniel ,especially? They have to do that kiss scene (mistletoe!Nargles..eww) in OotP afterall.

Well i don't know if she paid the producers for the role, but i think that they should have let somebody who wasen't rich take the role, i mean, she already has money, i am sure that they could of gotten somebody who had the same talent and nedded the money more, thats just my opinion

Firstly, I don't think she paid her way in. Warner Brothers is quite rich enough, and the HP casting directors and those responsible for putting her in the movie aren't going to do something stupid like that.

Firstly, let's look at the fact that even though many rich American actors are saying they would love a part in HP, none of them have been granted roles. Secondly, getting some no-talent rich hack may work in smaller movies, but this is Harry Potter - they can get anyone they want, and again - let's face it: They don't need the money.

I totally agree... just because someone's rich doesn't mean they bought their way through... I just can't see Warner Brothers to accept someone just because of money. So I have faith... she'll be the best she can, and there's nothing we can do about it.

I think she is alright and it will be interesting to see if she can act. For me she has the sort of look I thought Cho would have as long as she can act I don't care.

She looks like Cho, but no one knows how she can act and no one will know until they see the movie. You can't tell by looking at her.

At first I thought she didn't look the way I thought Cho would look like...now I still haven't seen her acting, so I can't judge her on that...but the two-and-a-half second appearing in the new footage from GoF, I have to admit she looked beautiful...

she is fine. It is not the way I pictured her, Cho was to be much much taller and have a fairer face. Her hair is perfect, but Her face is to round for Cho. Don't get me wrong, the actress is pretty. Just not cho. but i am not worried about that I am more worried about how TERRIBLE MAD-EYE MODDY IS!

OMG that sucks. I feel sorry for that poor girl. I think she's pretty, not how I imagined Cho but Rupert Grint isn't how I imagined Ron either.

I think Katie Leung was a good choice for Cho Chang, I mean in my opinion I find her to be rather pretty, I have read all over the place about how people think shes the wrong choice because it is not how they pictured them, but then again things are never going to turn out the way you picture them like it or not

I think she could be really good as Cho.
She looks alot like how I imagined her.
She's pretty and by the way Daniel Radcliffe praises her as "a very talented actress" (or something of that nature); I think she could be good.
Dan would know best considering he's working with her.
Then again: he could just be lying...
