actually in an article they said that her father was like a multi millionaire.. that would stink if he payed them off to get her in. and you cant tell if someone is a good actor/actress by a picture by the way!! so no one say she doesnt look like an actor.. hey she mite b really good!

If her father is a multi-millionaire, let him be one. If he paid the producers, he'd just be wasting cash. I say that she might be good and if she is, it doesn't matter if her dad paid the producers or not. It's all in the acting. So there!

I still stick with what I said about her. If you were to put her in Asian country such as Malaysia or Singapore, she'd be another face in the crowd. Except she has big eyes.. and chubby cheeks.. cute though not pretty.

Yes, Katies dad is EXTREMELY rich and I'm not sure if this swayed the producers in anyway such as he might be able to put money into the film.
I'm not saying the girl isn't a good actress I mean I've never seen her act but put it this way if an ordinary girl with the same looks, same acting ability and so on , came in and did an audition WITHOUT a super wealthy family, and then Katie came in and did the same thing.

All I have to say is, we should be more sceptic about this only after we've watched how she really acts. If she can act well, then maybe her dad didn't pay the producers. If her acting sux, then... you can make suggestions like these..

I don't think her dad paid the producers. It's horrible to accuse her/her family of bribing the producers just because they’re supposedly rich. And besides, I wouldn’t be so quick to believe everything the press says.
