I like Ginny in the movies... but I think she needs a bigger part. In the 1st, 3rd, and 4th movies she had like 1 (maybe 2) lines. Hopefully she'll have a bigger part in the next movie because Ginny is such a cool character. | |

Yeah, I agree. She had wayy small parts and I would've LOVED to see more of her. :[ At least she'll be in HBP more, hopefully if they don't cut her out. That'd be terrible! But I'm excitedly awaiting it...and the next book.

I really hope they don't cut some of her part in OOTP..I want to see the choclate chase with Harry and when they went to the ministry and when Harry was angry cause he thought he was possesed by Voldemort and Ginny advised him. | |

You can definitely expect her to get a bigger role, comparatively, in OOtP. They're going to have to set-up a H/G relationship for HBP so we'll probably be seeing a bit more of her due to DA scenes and the ministry trip... | |

I think they won't put some shots of H/G as they will be busy with H/C.  I just don't want they to shorten her role.. | |

i agree with everyone she definently needs a bigger part in the movies but she proabably wont until the 7th since thats when everyone starts to realiz how cool she really is ((which i dont see why its that hard to notice!!))) but at least we could see her alot more in the GoF.

They've done okay with Ginny's potrayal in the movies but I REALLY wished they would have added the part where Ron told Harry to go with Ginny to the dance and then she gets all upset because she already had a date. That part was what made me love the Ginny and Harry ship. *Sigh* Oh well. But they'd BETTER keep all those cute little scenes of them in OOTP...or else *cackles evilly* | |

Because Ginny hadn't taken much role in the movies as she was in the books so if she too hadn't got much role in ootp, no one would understand the relation between her and Harry and it will all go mixed.. They must make Ginny more visible in OOTP to prepare her for HBP as they had made with Cho in GOF. | |

They already down play Ginny too much! How can she all of a sudden matter so much to Harry? Will throw people off.  And what if she plays and even bigger role in the next book? Then what are they going to do? Sorry I feel a little hostile today  I was glad they gave her lines and moments in GoF, hopefully they will give her a bigger part in OotP. *crosses fingers* Ginny is just to awesome to not have in the films like in the books!
