This Is London has a new article up on their website entitled, "The Girls Putting The Magic Into The New Harry Potter".
Ginny is mentioned in the article, in regards to her crush on Harry. : Quote:

Beyondgurl, I know you're a big fan of Ginnys but she doesn't have alot of lines. This is a scene on the bridge which is in the trailer. They are trying to find a place to hold the D.A. meetings. Fred and George are also in this scene. quote:

I saw H/G hints but not as much as I would've wanted. I think the audience's view of Ginny changed. Before Ootp, she was presented as a shy and a bit of a timid girl who has a huge crush on Harry . Now, she was presented as a strong and independent girl. They even showed how great she was with spells and jinxes. | |

I think Ginny shoved Cho's shoulder at one point, at least that's what it looked like... I'm pretty sure Ginny was giving Cho jealous looks all the time and... stuff... There were a lot of hints for all the ships really. Harry and Luna held hands, Hermione hugged Harry, Ron and Hermione held hands to I think... or something like that, and of course Harry and Cho kissed (grrrrrrrrr  ) To be honest. I loved the film even though there wasn't much of Ginny, it's a shame, but the film was still good. | |

I still haven't seen the movie but I had seen the reviews on H/G fanforum..I was happy that there was moments there like Ginny and Harry smiling at each other after she made the Reducto charm in ROR and in the ministry of magic I think Ginny's spell ( from pics I had seen and from reviews) is good..Nice there is at least a change in this movie for Ginny | |

Well in the book, there isnt really anything that shows us that Ginny liked Harry or that Harry had any feelings whatsoever for Ginny! But Im glad they put the small hints of what was coming next in the movie, it made me giddy inside lol!

What I liked more when Harry smiled to Ginny after destroying the doll they were practicing at.. Cool and when Ginny gave Cho a shoulder after getting from the detention with Umbridge after discovering about DA. | |

Actually, I didn't want them to show that Ginny was annoyed with Cho cause Ginny in book 5 wasn't Harry-fan like the other books. Showing her gave Cho a shoulder gave the wrong impression that wasn't existing in ootp book. | |
