Why my posts don't appear on any FC thread I had been listed in??

Are we alowed to send in the "applicaitons" for being officer/co-president for more than 1 club?

You are allowed to apply for, and become, the co-president for more than one club. If you have several characters/actors you love, go ahead and apply for all of them .

I went to sign up for this one club, and I did. But, when I'm searching around the Three Broomsticks, I can't find the club.. Is there any other place for the clubs?

As Co-President, the club is yours. We have a lot of big and small events coming up for the Fan Clubs. It'd be your responsibility to organize it all, try and get your members to participate, be the decision maker [of course, you'll want to make sure the rest of your club agrees with you..].

Some clubs are having other officers as well. Talk to your sponsor of the club, or Co Pressie if they're already in place, and find out exactly what those jobs will include.


It's not really editing your profile... but yes. You'll just need to join the group via your User CP>>Misc>>Group Memberships. We'll validate you, and you'll automatically be in the group. But, if you want to post your name and introduce yourself, feel free to do so.

Where can I find the Dancing Bananas Fan Club?

If you post in any FC, introducing yourself, or post to welcome a new member, why does your post get deleted - Lainey - anyone?

It's the SS Hogwarts RPG Addicts... Apparently I'm a member, but I don't want to miss out on too much!

Not all of the clubs have forums or threads. They were a direct result of Kris and I being goofy and messing around with the new groups in light of the Character/Actor fan clubs. In the future if we do decide to make Forums for those, we'll let you know.

The sponsor of you club probably thought it was spam. If you have an issue with this, feel free to PM your sponsor or your Co-Pressie and let them know. Or me. I don't have a problem with welcoming new members, but I'm not the head of every group.

How can I create a club?

Can we suggest ideas for new clubs here?

Well to create a new club you need to get 25 people who would be willing to join that club and also a moderator who would sponsor it. You could give ideas but there is really no point unless you have the 25 people and a mod. =]

For more information on all the steps necessary to form a new fan club, you can go to this thread here. Be advised that simply having people who are willing to sign up isn't enough... you have to prove there's a need for the club. If you have any other questions after reading the rules, please ask.

On that note...

There's no need for suggestions. A hefty poll was taken to determine who needed a club. If you KNOW there's someone from HP that you adore and they need a club, start petitioning people and get the ball rolling. That's the only way to get a new club.

Every club is different. So... You'll need to ask the sponsor of whatever club it is you're wondering about.
